I checked in to my room at 3pm showered and left for the night when I came back it was occupied by another family with my stuff in it went downstairs to confront the front desk and they proceeded to tell me I never should have been check into that room and I needed a different one needless to say I asked for a refund and took my business somewhere else

Staff is great. Hotel needs some work. It looks like they’ve been updating some things which is great but I had black grout around the tub and the public areas are shabby. Had to turn the fridge off it was so loud. Even tho it’s only $5 a day felt ridiculous to charge for parking.
