Hallways smell like smoke and dirty. For the amount they charged I expected better. Don’t be filled like I was from there pictures online.

Could be a reasonable place to stay. Building needs work, hallways smell, elevator creaky & noisy. Room, while needing a good cleaning, was comfortable & decent enough. Convenient location for our needs. Would I stay again? Maybe
The front desk kid was an absolute JERK!! He couldn’t get my card to process. I tried a second card and it wouldn’t work. Clearly there was an issue on their end. I even offered a $500 cash deposit. I needed the room I reserved. He was nothing but a rude, condescending jerk. I had to go down the street to an even worse hotel and spend more money. Also, there are drug addicted EVERYWHERE. when I pulled in to the parking lot, 4 different blinds were pulled back so they could look out and see who was pulling in. Then they all closed them right away. Almost eerie.
It is clean and comfortable and I like being able to laundry there. They have everything you could possibly need such as a little store for snacks or essentials and books or DVDs you can borrow. There is a kitchenette in your room. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful.

The property was conveniently located. It had fee washing and drying machines.The unit had a large refrigerator with an ice maker and a kitchen.
Very pleased with the facilities, staff and value. Much nicer than the previous property from another company we were staying at. We'll be returning to this one on a regular basis.
It was good hotel but all the tenants were smoking pot in the back and random people were coming into pool. Homeless people hang out at the picnic tables. The front manager is a bit nosey but won’t let his desk to check on things. It is older and not new or fancy but has all amenities. The pool area never has towels or is cleaned. I’ve gone multiple times and it’s never like that. Kinda gross with all the stuff in the pool.

Perfect for my family of 4. (9yr old and 6 month old) amenities were great, my family all extended there stay. Its no Hyatt, but with little ones, this place felt like the Hyatt to us, with the full kitchen, free wash, and freewifi
I stayed here during Barrett-Jackson car auction. I picked based on location and amenities so I could save money on meals. Room was comfortable jr suite type with full sized fridge, microwave and 2 burner cooktop. Nice bed with quality bedding. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Rooms had carpets steam cleaned and A/C serviced while I was there. Some inconvenience but at least I was informed about this at check in and it's nice to know they do these things. Didn't use amenities except laundry. No complaints there.
Wow... is all I can say. Plenty of good reviews, pics of a nice room, and the competitive pricing drove me to select this hotel on Orbitz ... Let The Buyer Be Deceived! I booked this as a room for one, but ended up with sharing it with lots of BUGS along with some shady local folks checking in or hanging in the parking lot. I went to management and immediately told them I woke up with bite marks all over me and the counter person was very sympathetic as well as apologetic, but once management arrived, he changed his tune and discounted the reality (dead bugs in paper towels and all). NEVER EVER AGAIN.

The room size alone was worth the price, then you add the amenities and the value for the room itself doubles. Super friendly staff and seemed like the place was cleaned by profesionals. The leather chair was in a very odd place right next to the bed. Should think about relocating or removeing it altogether. The room would seem much bigger without it.

Jesse,Thank you for the honest feedback. I'm sorry to hear about your issues with us. I will make it a point to look in to this matter. I do show we sent back incidentals back at check out. It could take your bank 7-10 business days to release the funds. It won't show as a credit on your end, it will go from pending to dropping off.
