DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Phoenix

The free warm cookies at check in are always a plus at the Double Tree. Rooms were spacious and clean but a bit outdated.

Excellent hotel, staff was very pleasant, great atmosphere, room was very comfortable and clean, food was excellent, and great shuttle service to and from Phoenix Airport

Was pleased to have a lovely refuge for the last night of a long vacation. The room was great, quiet and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and a nice way to start the day. Best of all, it was near to the airport, perfect for an early morning flight.

Great staff, location was ghod, easy to find, room in very good condition, we got the king suite so a lot of space, ammenities excellent ... overall a great selection :)

Very convenient and close to airport with shuttle service Delicious breakfast and feriendly staff Hotel could use some up dating

Despite confirming a day before checking, letting the staff know we have a late check in due to night flight. When we reached no rooms were available, the hotel was overbooked! With two little kids was walked out of the property to a nearby hotel!

Hotel is in desperate need of a remodel. Rooms are in poor condition. Front desk is understaffed. Looks like it was a nice hotel at one time, but that time is in the distant past. Would be OK at $120/night, but expected better at this price point.

The exterior of the hotel is great, and our interaction with staff was pleasant. However, the rooms were dated and completely worn down. The room smelled bad, the sheets were a light shade of brown, and the decor straight out of the 1960s. The sink backed up while brushing your teeth, and the pull out bed -a pretty sorry excuse for a sleeping surface. We don't expect much when staying at an airport hotel (just clean and functional)...this hotel was one level away from completely unacceptable. Don't recommend.

After being on the road for nine hours, what a wonderful oasis is the desert!

great and convenient to the airport comfortable bed, good breakfast, nice and clean

Nice modern hotel, multiple encounters with various extremely nice and helpful staff.

Very fine and attentive customer service and super clean rooms. Great location.

This was a good hotel. It was a little spread out so it was quite a walk to my room. The breakfast was good but the line was long to get some food. Since the line was so long I was going to wait until I left early Monday morning to get the jump on the breakfast line. The in room information indicated that Monday thru Friday the breakfast started at 6:00 am, so at 6am I was there and they let us know that it didn't start until 7. Since I was on a schedule I was disappointed that the information given in the room was false. It is said thet the thing you remember first is the last thing you experience. I was not happy.

I've stayed here before but this was probably my last time. Management is not keeping up with the maintenance necessary. Walkways are stained, rooms need painted and updated. If I'm going to spend $130+ for a room in Phoenix, it'll have to be cleaner and better maintained than this Doubletree.

The Hotel was Beautiful. Landscaping had me wanting to enjoy all my meals in the courtyard. Staff was great, food was excellent.

Everything was great except for a leaky toilet that should have been fixed properly before we were assigned to the room. They chalked around the toilet instead of replacing the wax seal.

Bummed there was not a heated pool. It was freezing! We came the year before and the pool was heated and amazing, but this year was not. Sat only in the hot tub! Continental breakfast was good, decent rooms (couch bed was really uncomfortable), and staff was friendly.

like it. the front desk was very helpful and the room is big. will stay here again next time.

A quick stay but a memorable one. Hotel expectations were exceeded in every way. The staff was friendly and informative and the lodging was just great and comfortable. We were there for our daughters college graduation and unfortunately will probably never return to Arizona but the Hilton experience we will definitely look for on our next and every trip. Thank you for such and awesome experience. Mahalo and Aloha.

We where there for a graduation. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
