Elevators are constantly broken, I run into some customers there are usual in that property, and they also mentioned that they had it this constant lack of repair for both elevators. It is unacceptable especially if you’re using the Hilton brand. I will be very honest with you. I was very disappointed.

The room itself was the best part, so if you don’t care about anything outside of your room, this is the place for you! The staff was friendly, but the breakfast buffet was overpriced and the quality of the food and beverages couldn’t have been worse! Someone needs to find a new restaurant manager. Also, when I called for an airport shuttle pickup, nobody answered for at least 15 minutes, leaving me to wonder if they even offered a shuttle pickup. Could it be that there is a management/organization problem? The building itself was also old and tired looking. Old slow elevator with a broken button inside. Not leaving a good impression. Won’t be back.

Nice hotel, not impressed with having to pay for parking!!?? Never had to do that before. The front desk should have mentioned it. I also thought it was kind of deceptive when I booked on line that it was stated buffet breakfast available. It should have been clear that you had to pay for it. I thought the price was awfully high

We had to be moved rooms due to a stopped toilet. We were lacking towels in the room for a family of 4 as well as linens for the sofa bed. There was no answer at the front desk.
