Very nice hotel in a great location downtown. Would stay here again.

Stay was great except for staff no servicing our room after the second night

Hotel staff was great. Price for drink were outrageous and the room was somewhat clean I found corks on the floor but over all I’d stay again. Get one with a balcony it worth having that extra space to relax. Also read th flyer there free stuff but you have to ask for it. All the soda machine were jammed with coins and the room service people brought up an expired coffee eww but overall it fit my needs and the balcony made it better because I was able to relax while my 5 year old was asleep in the room

Enjoyed my stay. Just wish there were more food options for in room delivery. Additionally I would have to say for the value of the room itself and what is offered at the hotel it may be a bit over priced. Bed was comfy. Blankets thin. I’d stay again though.

After getting into town at almost midnight we finally found the parking garage where hotel guests were supposed to park. Upon entering thr parking garage we then found out that you needed to get a parking pass from the front desk. The person running the parking gargantuan entrance/exit was shockingly rude about it. He even acted put out that he had to manually let us in so we could turn around. There was not street parking because it was 11:30pm on a Friday so we finally pulled into the valet area. The valet was nice enough to let me leave the rental and run in for the parking pass. I was surprised that the front desk person just brushed me off when I explained what happened with the parking attendant. The hotel needs to be more clear about parking because we had no idea it needed to be paid for in advance. Needless to say the valet guy was the only nice person we encountered. The room was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. However, next time I will be taking my business elsewhere because I’m not paying for bad customer service again.

Our Orbitz confirmation stated our reservation included breakfast for two, upon checking in we were told that breakfast is not included in our stay.

Hotel was great! Right across the street from Convention Center and lots of great restaurants in the area.

Not on par for a downtown hyatt hotl; toilet ran; sink was slow to empty; out of style: TV to the side of the room; not able to watch clearly; phone beside bed did not work; but mostly clean but pillow smelled a bit like sweat. Staff pleasant, and wake up staff arrangers pleasant. Good bar onsite. Needs upgradinng and new furniyure and carpet in the hallways and rooms. Expected better but close to my conference.

24/7 Business Center was great to have! Receptionist upon checking in was very helpful!

It serves it's purpose if you need to stay in downtown.

Overall enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt. I was there for the President's rally, and things got crazy at night police fired tear gas, protesters throwing rocks, all right outside the front doors of the hotel. Police did a great job securing the area and forcing everyone to leave so nothing too serious happened. The hotel staff meanwhile did the best they could keeping everyone calm and safe. Staff were super friendly and very helpful.

The staff was friendly and efficient, and the room was comfy and clean. Icy urns of drinking water flavored by various fruit combinations in the lobby are a nice touch, especially during the hot Phoenix summer.

great location for convention center, metro rail and all cultural and sports venues. staff is wonderful, gym great and I loved my private balcony. Only some rooms have walkouts. My room was very comfortable, clean. They gym has great equipment, clean, etc. The only thing keeping this from excellent is that some of the hallway carpet is tired. Room was fine. Also LOVE that they were able to provide things I forgot like my brush. Hyatt as a whole is one of my very favorite chains. At every level from Places to Regency, they are top notch.

The stay was great however they need to let people know there is no on premise parking and the garage next door charges for every day you are there.

Hotel was located in a good spot for walking around. Very clean and accommodating. Coffee shop connected to hotel was great. Gift shop was very nice.

Excellent staff and restaraunts! I know it's Phoenix, but an indoor pool wouldn't be a bad option.

This was a Comfortable stay with a good working atmosphere. I enjoyed the hotel accommodations conducive to a successful business conference.

The Hyatt is a great hotel closest to the Convention center. Has great amenities, including a large fitness center (which could use more variety in machines).

The only downfall to our stay was that because of how the pool is situated between tall buildings, there was not much of the day when sunlight reached the pool area. Friendly, helpful staff and nice room.

We stayed here for a girls night out and a concert at Talking Stick Arena. It's a great location with several bars and restaurants in the area. The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. I was happy with my stay!
