great location for convention center, metro rail and all cultural and sports venues. staff is wonderful, gym great and I loved my private balcony. Only some rooms have walkouts. My room was very comfortable, clean. They gym has great equipment, clean, etc. The only thing keeping this from excellent is that some of the hallway carpet is tired. Room was fine. Also LOVE that they were able to provide things I forgot like my brush. Hyatt as a whole is one of my very favorite chains. At every level from Places to Regency, they are top notch.

The stay was great however they need to let people know there is no on premise parking and the garage next door charges for every day you are there.

Hotel was located in a good spot for walking around. Very clean and accommodating. Coffee shop connected to hotel was great. Gift shop was very nice.

Excellent staff and restaraunts! I know it's Phoenix, but an indoor pool wouldn't be a bad option.

This was a Comfortable stay with a good working atmosphere. I enjoyed the hotel accommodations conducive to a successful business conference.

The Hyatt is a great hotel closest to the Convention center. Has great amenities, including a large fitness center (which could use more variety in machines).

The only downfall to our stay was that because of how the pool is situated between tall buildings, there was not much of the day when sunlight reached the pool area. Friendly, helpful staff and nice room.

We stayed here for a girls night out and a concert at Talking Stick Arena. It's a great location with several bars and restaurants in the area. The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. I was happy with my stay!

The front desk was rude. The pool was so small not enough chairs.

Bathroom a little dated. Auto parking charge excessive, $28.00 per day for hotel guests just another way to make a hefty profit in my opinion.friendly

Hotel staff is great, everything you would like to visit that's actually worth going to is at a walking distance. Recommended

Recently we traveled to Phoenix and stayed at the Hyatt Regency, they had a great deal for the business rate we were able to get a king size room, breakfast buffet daily and free internet in our room. The room was a nice size the bathroom a bit dated but in good condition and Location couldn't be beat we were 2 blocks from the American Airlines Arena, 7 blocks from Chase Field, 15 minutes from Sky Harbour Airport and close to major highways (10 and 17) I am happy with our choice and would definetly stay there again, by the way the staff was great!

Great evening at the Hyatt. Would have been nice to have a bar or service at the pool. Stayed many times here....always an amazing experience.

My husband and I were going to a concert at Symphony Hall and decided to stay downtown overnight to make the evening more enjoyable. We loved the Hyatt Hotel experience as far as the room and free breakfast were concerned. We were not as thrilled by the pool or Compass Restaurant.

Went to Phoenix for baseball game. Great location and easy walk to the stadium. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Stayed once before. Convenient for attending concerts downtown. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Staff at check in was very pleasant. Wish food service was available later as we were hungry after the show and everything else downtown was closed.

Nice facility. Pool too small. Rooms and beds very comfortable.

Very Good Stay excellent parking availability for my rental car and with their in-and-out policy. Only surprise in my room was that there was no mirror except for in the Bathroom over the sink. But this did not diminish my stay. Will definitely go back.

Very nice hotel near where the concert was located.

We had a great trip. I would / will stay here again!
