Didn’t like valet attendant mislead me to park my car myself

Like: parking close by; centrally located Dislike: a little out dated; bottom dining closed under Remodel

It was outdated but they are under renovations. However the renovations were very noisy during the day when I tried to nap.

The location of the hotel was great. A few mins away from the baseball stadium. However, the staff was rude and didn't explain or give directions to our rooms. We get to our room and its dirty. The cabinets look like they have never been cleaned and the ceiling was disgusting. I was very disappointed. I brought my parents to what I thought was a nice hotel, something different, but it turned out to be opposite. Over all not worth the price!

They were able to provide all the amenities I needed. Efficient layout and plenty of room for the conference Great, nutritious, fresh and yummy food at all price points from the lobby shop to the sports bar to the upscale rooftop restaurant.

Updating of my room is poorly executed. Ceiling above bed borderline discusting with patchwork and repairs obvious.

Old outdated poorly furnished room with poor air conditioner Way overpriced

Clean, friendly but way overpriced for the property. Rooms need renovation to charge 300 plus per night. This is downtown Phoenix people, not Miami Beach! My main issue was the shower-could not regulate water temperature at all. It would go from freezing cold to scorching hot without touching the lever. Trying to shower was a joke, I burned myself several times trying to rinse my hair. Very disappointed. I told the staff and they asked if I called down to tell them and I said no, was I supposed to call you from the shower? What difference would it make anyway, I was there only one day. Rooms are rough, no blankets on the beds, thermostat was tough to regulate also. I would not recommend. I also stayed at the Sheraton Grand around the corner and it was great, and cheaper. It was fully booked or I would have stayed there again!

The staff is dedicated to do the bare minimum. They are certainly apologetic; something I suspect they practice a lot. This hotel seems like a good idea for a night or 2 if you’re going to do business nearby. Otherwise keep looking.

Cant beat the location. Overall a nice hotel. Was not impressed with the food options on premises

Really nice hotel within walking distance of metro

The only odd thing was we had no maid service, but no biggie. Nice huge room which I later realized was a handicapped room and it was in the corner. In the middle of downtown. Parking is pricey.

Everything else is a perfect. However the room has extremely poor soundproof, I can clearly hear the tenant speaking next to my door. There were a family and 2 or 3 children talking and crying whole night which disrupted me so much. It is normal for the family to handle these but I just want to have a better place which can limit noise effect from outside the room

Check in was at 3pm, that is when we arrived. We were told our room had guests with late check out and it would be over an hour wait but they would text when ready. We never received a text. An hour and a half later went to counter and was told room had been ready for awhile. Upon accessing room, not clean. Dirty coffee table and fridge. Garbage on bathroom floor. Very dissapponted especially since we had to wait for room to be cleaned.
