It was very clean but I just wish the customer service was better. We needed toliet paper and we had to go down and get it. Also the breakfast was not good at all. I did like that they had fresh coffee all day long. It was perfect for this cold weather.

Staff was nice and courteous. However, we were on a 4-day stay and our key cards stopped working after the first day, a minor annoyance, but quickly fixed by the front desk person. The room was missing an item or 2, but we were able to get the items from the maid. Like I said the staff was great, my main issue was the area, which was pretty sketchy. I'll have to do a better job of checking reviews next time I pick a hotel in the area.

The room was fine but for some reason we had to get new room keys every day and he kept blaming it on the security wand at the entrance to our event but in fact my wife stayed in the room every day and the key still needed to be changed after her daily walk ....
