Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Airport

Excellent hotel and staff. Very pleasant atmosphere and convenient to the airport

The bathroom is very outdated. The sink is a self standing fixture with no vanity, so there is no where to put any toiletries.

Great hotel! We called the hotel a couple hours before arriving at Phoenix Airport requesting a shuttle well after midnight. They wanted to us to call again upon arrival, and they told us exactly where to go. The shuttle was there waiting for us specifically. Our hotel room was huge, clean, and quiet. We had a king-sized bed with a high quality mattress, very comfortable. The shower was perfect. This hotel is a winner, and we'll definitely stay there again.

This property is located just off I-10 and less than 10 minutes from the airport. The free airport shuttle picked us up in less than 5 minutes following our call. The room was quite large with a sofa and matching chair, desk area and kitchenette. The room appeared to have been very recently remodeled. I found the staff to be very friendly and efficient at check-in and check-out. I would definitely stay here again.

I love access to the Hilton's shuttle to pick-up friend/family at Sky Harbor. Then you can relax at the pool or your air-conditioned room and spend a lovely evening together. The Hilton comfort beds are fabulous. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job. The kitchenette is well equipped with appliances but you have to ask for cookware or utensils. Keurig k-cup coffee pot---bring your favorite or use the k-cups provided. Usually I hate the bed and the coffee but not at Hilton Garden Inn--the bed and the coffee are 5 star.

This is my second stay at the Hilton Garden Inn and I will book again for the end of July. I hate driving and parking at Sky Harbor because the airport is poorly signed and dark at terminal arrival and departures. The Hilton Garden Inn is the perfect solution! They drive you to the airport or if you are returning they pick you up. The traffic at peak hours is something I don't want to deal with EVER. I spend the night and return home the next day well rested. My husband works out of state so this is our go to hotel for Phoenix. Did I mention the BEDS--fabulous. Those words don't come out of my mouth very often when you're talking hotels. The bed is the same quality as you find in $200 a night hotel. The staff is pleasant and mostly helpful--I called and said my husband was coming in on US Airways at 8:15 am and could we get our room early. No problem! I get there and she informs me noon would be the earliest but she did call at 11 to tell me our room was ready. The housekeepers do a great job--room and kitchenette are spotless. Keurig k-cup coffee machine, microwave and refrigerator, little stove--you need to call for kitchen implements (cookware or serving utensils).

Staff was welcoming and helpful. Amenities included a small restaurant and bar. Service was good, food okay. We stayed in a suite which was a great space for 3 adults. However, they need to add another waste basket, as 1 is just not enough. Very clean.

We are a family that travel together. This is not a business traveler review. There is room for improvement. The pictures look much nicer than reality. The full rate is inflated. Be sure to get a % discount.

Nice room but noisy air conditioner. Great location to the airport and shuttle was on time.

Very good hotel, large room and nice swimming pool, the restaurant is also quite good.

Overall it was exactly what we were looking for. The AC was loud and blew straight towards the bed, which caused my wife and I to wake up with sore throats. Otherwise, it was very spacious, clean and convenient.

We chose this hotel for it's proximity to Sky Harbor; our room/suite was perfect...clean, cool and spotless! We were directed to rental car returns & picked up promptly for a return to the hotel. We enjoyed a quick & delicious dinner and retired to watch different television programs in the living area and bedroom. With a prompt wake-up call and shuttle to the airport we were on our way home. It was perfect!!!

Our stay W's excellent. Clean, quiet room at a great price.

This was a very nice hotel and conviently located off of I-10. The room was nice enough that I wanted to move in.

While this was an excellent location if you need a quick overnight stay near PHX, when the carpet in the rooms starts looking that bad - it really should be replaced. The room was clean, but the carpet was in sad shape. Otherwise, just an average motel.

What an excellent value! The entire staff, management, front desk, housekeeping, restaurant personnel, go the extra mile to ensure your stay is an absolutely enjoyable experience. The location is central to many places...the airport, shopping, etc. Great experience ...highly recommend this hotel. Greg and Patsy Chun Seattle, WA.

The staff was friendly. They allowed us to check in at 2:30 pm. The room was quiet. WiFi worked fine. Shower had plenty of pressure. Nice bed. Plenty of room to sit, rest, and read a book.. I always appreciate having a separate space to apply make-up while my husband is showering.. Only negative is that there are no nice restaurants close by.

pleasant staff, very comfortable king size bed...quiet ,clean rooms...neighborhood a zero

The hotel was exactly what we needed. We had a very early flight the next morning and besides being a convenient location a shuttle was provided. Would definitely stay again.

The shuttle drivers went beyond the call of duty. The desk clerks were especially friendly and helpful. When our daughter's flight was cancelled until the next day, they sent the shuttle to pick her up so she could stay with us. The room was excellent. We will definitely stay there again.
