To begin, the room door had damage from someone prying their way into the room. Although I asked for foam pillows when I made the reservations, I had to ask again when I got to my room. Someone did bring them to us within 10 minutes - FYI, the foam pillows feel exactly like the feather pillows. I didn't realize the bed had a knob to adjust the firmness until the next morning, but it didn't matter since it did not work. The bed was so hard, I felt like I had slept on the floor. Besides hair in the shower and bed, and a clump of mud (or something) on the floor, the room appeared clean. It would have been nice if the hotel had offered a continental breakfast since there wasn't anything within walking distance.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff very courteous and helpful. I liked that they have the on-site dining, since there are no other options at walking distance. Had to wait for the shuttle at the airport for about 45 minutes, but might be due to traffic. Apart from that, would recommend.

Still waiting a week later for the incidentals hold on my credit card to be released. Not to mention it was double charged which I was told was their mistake.

The staff here is awesome. We were stuck in Pheonix by a computer glitch of Southwest Airlines. After spending hours in line at the airport we were picked up the best shuttle driver who took us quickly to the hotel where the staff made us feel right at home!

The staff went over above to make our stay nice - very clean and the breakfast was good and a nice selection to choose from

My stay was very nice, I felt like I was at home. The service was very nice the room was very clean and kept up everyday. I would stay again on my next trip at the Hilton Garden Inn.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and we were going to be looking at apartments for the weekend. The hotel itself was fantastic, they got us into our room early. I just did not feel safe in the surrounding area. Looks very shady and a bit rundown. We had no problems but we only stayed a night in this hotel. I would recommend this hotel if you just need to be near the airport and don't plan on exploring the area.

Had to call maid service returned to room at 4:15 pm on day 1 Day 2 maid showed up at 4 I had to leave room Lamp bulb out, called Monday afternoon to replace. Called Tuesday morning to replace, called Tuesday late afternoon until finally a maint. man came down with a new bulb. TV channel selection very limited. and internet service although I paid the additional $4.95 was extremely slow.

staff was extremely helpful , convenience to airport and transportation was first class

Staff were very friendly. I asked for a few extra hours to check out as I was driving to Tucson that afternoon, and they agreed without any hassle. The best part about the Hilton garden Inns is that they're predictable, and this was no exception: clean, well-maintained, decently-sized room.

All good. It was a great time and I would definitely come back.
