Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Airport North

Hilton Garden Inn is my go-to hotel. The beds are always comfortable and the pillows suit me fine. Always made to feel very welcome.

Room was comfortable, bed very comfortable! It was quiet, allowed for sleep. Good rest.

This Hilton is about 2 miles from the airport. It has a shuttle that runs every half hour, and is close to gas stations for gassing up a rental car. It's an easy shot to the Sky Harbor rental car center from here as well. The room size is adequate and has refrigerator and microwave. There is a nice hot tub and pool outside. There is a very good fitness room for a hotel. There is dining and bar in the hotel; no complimentary breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel on 2 separate occasions during our 10 day visit to Arizona. The hotel is overall a great hotel and value, staff is nice and accommodating, airport shuttle drivers were genuinely sweet. Breakfast was fantastic. The only issue was the room inconsistency. Our first stay, the room was on the third floor and wonderful, bed comfortable, lounge chair comfortable and accommodations and view of the red rock was neat. The room was located to the right of the elevators and directly the first room on the right. The next stay, 9 days later was at this same hotel on the same floor and this time to the left of the elevators and first room on left. The beds were not as comfortable the lounge chair was smaller, view overlooked same red rock and this time a smoking area. We checked in and we wanted to shower. Maintenance came up and attempted to fix shower for over an hour due to fixture problem and lack of water pressure and hot water. The hotel discounted our room but the inconsistency of the rooms did not wow us. The hotel (beginning with maintenance) should have alerted front desk of the time involved of fixing the shower and recommended that the guests be moved to another room, placing our room out of order. I worked for hotels in Orlando Florida next to attractions and that is how you not only wow a guest and get them to come back, but you minimize their stress from a travel day. I had to call front desk and inform them of the issue and had to suggest discoumy.

The hotel staff were very attentive and the property is well maintained.

Very clean, it has all the nesessary amenities Close to the airport, I recommend it for a business trip or to make sure you are in the airport in time if you have and early fly

Did give me room which smell very bad I asked them could they change they said no then send me mantance man he want to spry chamical to take smell away could not sleep because smell at sll

Great experience! Wonderful staff and very accommodating.

To begin, the room door had damage from someone prying their way into the room. Although I asked for foam pillows when I made the reservations, I had to ask again when I got to my room. Someone did bring them to us within 10 minutes - FYI, the foam pillows feel exactly like the feather pillows. I didn't realize the bed had a knob to adjust the firmness until the next morning, but it didn't matter since it did not work. The bed was so hard, I felt like I had slept on the floor. Besides hair in the shower and bed, and a clump of mud (or something) on the floor, the room appeared clean. It would have been nice if the hotel had offered a continental breakfast since there wasn't anything within walking distance.

Very convenient & clean. Staff is very mindful & helpful

Very comfortable, clean room. Perfect if you are looking for something close to the airport. Staff was friendly.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff very courteous and helpful. I liked that they have the on-site dining, since there are no other options at walking distance. Had to wait for the shuttle at the airport for about 45 minutes, but might be due to traffic. Apart from that, would recommend.

Nice clean place to stay and the people are very friendly.

Still waiting a week later for the incidentals hold on my credit card to be released. Not to mention it was double charged which I was told was their mistake.

Only stayed one night but experienced a great friendly staff and nice clean rooms.

The staff here is awesome. We were stuck in Pheonix by a computer glitch of Southwest Airlines. After spending hours in line at the airport we were picked up the best shuttle driver who took us quickly to the hotel where the staff made us feel right at home!

The staff went over above to make our stay nice - very clean and the breakfast was good and a nice selection to choose from

This was a great hotel and a great experience for my family and me! Thank you.

My stay was very nice, I felt like I was at home. The service was very nice the room was very clean and kept up everyday. I would stay again on my next trip at the Hilton Garden Inn.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and we were going to be looking at apartments for the weekend. The hotel itself was fantastic, they got us into our room early. I just did not feel safe in the surrounding area. Looks very shady and a bit rundown. We had no problems but we only stayed a night in this hotel. I would recommend this hotel if you just need to be near the airport and don't plan on exploring the area.
