Never stayed in such a large apartment before, it was quite the experience. Everything I needed was on hand and comfort was second to none. Great transport links and on a peaceful place. Recommend you consider staying here!

The property was nice, spacious and clean. The staff was helpful and lovely. The grounds behind our unit had an unplesant view, the pillows were not comfortable and the sheets were scratchy. Those are my only complaint.

The Legacy is always a great place to stay if you can get past the time share promoters. It is usually pretty quiet but this time we had noisy neighbors who smoked on their porch. Staff was very helpful.

Whether you like golf or not, thr Legacy is a great location to stay and have control of what you want to do. In 5 minutes you can shop for what you need. It's 15 minutes from downtown Phinox. The staff is pleasant and very welcoming. Prefect for couples and families. Will come back.

Second Stay, Same Problems: Noise and Rude Service

I’ve stayed here before and was hoping this time would be better, but sadly it wasn’t. When booking through third-party sites, it feels like you’re placed in the neglected part of the hotel. The walls are paper thin—you can hear everything. One night there was a couple fighting and slamming doors, while another room had what sounded like a party with dishes and liquor bottles clanging. I called guest services, but was told they couldn’t do anything unless I paid $95 to move rooms. The refrigerator in my room stopped cooling properly, which caused food to spoil and ice inside to melt, leaving water spilling everywhere. I had to try moving things around myself just to manage the mess while waiting hours for maintenance. When they finally marked the issue “resolved,” nothing had actually changed. By the next day, another staff member admitted the ticket was still open and wasn’t sure it was ever fixed. What makes this more frustrating is that this was my second stay here, and I had a similar experience with noise and poor customer service the first time as well. The worst part both times was the way guest services handled everything—rude, dismissive, and with zero solutions. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

The "text" staff was super. I would get a response within seconds and they promptly delivered every request. The in-person staff wasn't as friendly or efficient. They were annoyed that I didn’t sign up for their 90 minute timeshare presentation. She forgot to give me the wristbands after I declined going to the presentation. But, I am so grateful for the staff that communicated via text. The unit was wonderful and had everything we needed. The location was a bit far from where we were going to visit, but it was quiet and nice.
