Carpet was stained and terribly dirty and fridge set out in front of closet making it difficult to put clothes in there.

This place was hell disgust disgusting dirty I can't believe I had to pay you guys money to stay here

Had my wallet stolen and then they woundt check me in on a room already paid for. They needed a card or 100 deposit. The wouldnt allow me to change my reservation to another day because there was no way I could generate a card at that time . so I lost 80$ in a room I never stayed in

air conditioning doesn't work. front desk lady should know it, but still gave the room. i came back too late to change room

Hotel was very close to airport and restaurants great for a long layover

Was stuck over night. Needed a place to stay. There wasn't a direct shuttle but it was one that frequently came to take you to the airport. When I arrived the room I booked wasn't available. I did end up with a room. Even though the room wss burning hot the AC worked fast. The bed was firm to my liking. The biggest negatives were Notting close by and didn't feel like an area to walk around at night. Also you can get there on a frequent schedule but leaving was only every hour.

The room smells like old cigarette smoke. The towels look dirty even though they were washed. The carpet, bed, everything else was old and dirty looking. This was just an overall bad stay and a bad choice in a hotel. Skip this one if you can.

Well, at least there were no signs of bedbugs in my room

The rooms were very out dated and I could not get comfortable

we checked in the motel and found roaches running around the bathroom floor told the manager we would like a refund she said no refunds

- Cockroach in th room. - air conditioning doesn't work well. It looks functioning yet didn't cool the room at all. - no shampoo, lotion,... Have to request for it. - door locks doesn't work efficiently. - needs to keep the place clean.

Ants in the shower and toilet room. Didn't get a different room or anything though since it was so late and I just wanted to go to bed.

Airport Shuttle is an hourly schedule (on the 5s) and didn't work with my flight so I ended up have to uber (only 11 dollars) everything else was a pleasant surprise.

Not a bad place. Mediocre. It was expensive but relative to other hotels in the area it was not a bad deal. Shower didn't work properly but I told the front desk and they were on it. I needed a ride to the airport and I booked this place because they advertised free shuttle. There was one but only once an hour. I didn't want to wait at the airport an extra 50 minutes so I took a cab.

yes and no rooms not good of shape rooms smells bathrooms faucets leaking toilet must hold handle in order to flush

The room was clean neat and very comfortable. I needed a place close to the airport and not overly expensive since I was only there for the overnight. This served me perfectly. It was quiet and confortable. Also, the shuttle service was a perfect addition to my trip. I would recommend this place for a short stay.

Let's be clear: this is an inexpensive hotel right next to the airport. You are only going to stay here to be on time for an early flight. It is a very average, dated room for a cheap price. For its intended purpose, it is fine.

That's reallu the only positive thing I can really say....its close to the airport. If you want anything else, go some place else.

The hotel was definitely not fancy, but it was ok for a fast layover. The room was generally clean and the staff was courteous. Location is good.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly. This was a really cheap room so I didn't expect much. You get what you pay for. But, it was really close to the airport and comfortable enough. We stayed here the first day of our trip. Our flight coming home was delayed, so we chose to stay at this motel for the night that we were stuck in Phoenix. It worked out well.

Thank you for your feedback. We have 4 restaurants within a safe walking distance from hotel. The area is completely safe day or night, we also have a variety of restaurants that deliver.
