I booked a king bed with a sofa bed but I was placed in a handicap room. As soon as I informed the clerk at the front desk they changed me rooms right away. Other then that the room was great.

Was very clean and a great value for the money. I would definitely stay there again

It was a good deal and since everything was booked in Flagstaff. We had a good night's rest.

Was nice, enjoyed the pool (twice). Was quiet, room was very comfortable and clean. In house restaurant was ok but the "Happy Hour" prices were really bad. Was not informed about what was included in Happy Hour. Only beer was Corona and apparently none of the food. So, for 2 beers and 4 pieces (small) of a snack it cost $22! Not counting tip! So, needless to say we ate out after the first night. All else was great!

Clean rooms in a quiet location for not a lot of money. In the Phoenix area, it's definitely a good choice.

We just needed a clean place with a pool to relax before our flight the following day. I loved the decor. The room wasn't really that big but the smart furniture placement and wonderful interior design made it a nice place to stay. The pool was nice too. The only thing I wish was that it was closer to downtown Phoenix. We would stay here again.

Love the easy access to shopping and restaurants!!

Stay was very comfortable. We were there to look at a school.

Booked the hotel for Spring Training. Hotel is a 35-40 minute drive from the closest ball park. Would not recommend the hotel for Spring Training, but it is very clean, the staff was very friendly, and the amenities were great. Hotel is also about 35 minutes from Scottsdale. If you have business/pleasure in the Happy Valley area, I would definitely recommend it.

Nothing especially good or bad about my stay, so I rate it as OK.

This hotel was within walking distance of a number of shopping centers and restaurants which made the experience very enjoyable. Staff and area taxi service were also excellent with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere all around. Well worth the stay.

Lovely place-new, and well-decorated. Limited breakfast menu--but the continental breakfast provided fresh fruit and healthful choices. My only complaint is that their website states they offer "free airport transportation"--which led me to select this place. Alas, no transportation exists--at least at this point. The front desk was very helpful in providing other options--expensive, in some cases; so we depended on family for transport to the airport. Next time I'll call ahead and verify.

The mini-refrigerator is not in the room as indicated in the description. It is by request only so I would call before arrival and make sure there is one available. The rooms are not as large as they look in the picture, but they are comfortable. The bed is too soft, but the pillows were great.

Everything was new in the hotel, The breakfast was great, and the staff was always polite. The room was spotless and the beds were actually quite comfortable. I also like the move to larger LCD/Plasma screens which made the stay very comfortable. The restroom was clean and the shower was very roomy. I wanted to work out at the gym and from experience i expected the same run down hardly working equipement. Now the gym was small, but everything in the gym was brand new, organized, and clean. In fact the treadmills and the elliptical trainers were better than what was found in some of the fitness gyms like 24hour fitness. The location is also good being that it is around a mile away from the freeway, but just ouside the hustle and bustle of the shopping area.
