So much care and detail went into the unit I stayed in! Vince, the host, was always a text or email away for on-going communication. I loved the modern studio and it was spacious for just me. The design aesthetic and artwork were lovely. I enjoyed having the kitchen and it was ready for me to use. The wi-fi worked for me right away. I was able to walk to my conference, and enjoy dinner across the street at Cibo. What a great, walkable area. Late-March, the surrounding landscaping throughout the neighborhood was so beautiful. I did not have time to enjoy the pool. I did not have a car to park. Overall, I hope to visit again. And I even extended my stay an extra night without any problems. Thank you Vince & Isla!
The room was clean and had everything to stay including cooking wares, laundry machine, etc. However, the building has poor sound isolation. I was not able to sleep for most of the night when someone upstairs started walking around at 2am nonstop until I checked out in the morning. It should not be his/her fault but the building's poor construction. Not being able to sleep certainly adversely affected my visit and I won't use this place again on my next visit to Phoenix.
This property was nice and clean with modern upgrades. Walkable to Japanese Garden, Tea House, Coffee/Breakfast and the best Pizza place at CIBO which was right next door.
Great, well-appointed studio. Very clean and convenient. The unit is a short walk (0.75/mile from the convention center). It has a comfortable mattress and pillows. The unit where I stayed was on the ground floor so that it would be accessible for someone with mobility issues.
