This home has an electric pool heater. Electric pool heat must be requested a minimum of 10 days in advance as in cooler temps it takes approximately 5-7 days to heat to temperature.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home! It was beautifully decorated, cozy, clean, and had almost everything we needed for our time spent in Phoenix. Lori (the Property Mgr.) was exceptionally helpful and accommodating given our challenges encountered with traveling from WA state (extreme stormy weather & connection issues).I would definitely recommend this vacation home to others and will be booking with them again.

This home was absolutely beautiful and just what we needed for our stay. Lori was incredibly helpful and responsive given the challenges we faced while traveling to Phoenix (stormy weather & reception) from WA State. My mother, sister, and youngest son felt right at home, which is exactly what I was praying for with it being their first time to AZ.
