Overall, the hotel was clean and had a somewhat hip vibe. However, my first-time experience was ultimately unpleasant. The initial room I was assigned was inaccessible because the key card reader was not working. While the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the replacement room was also disappointing. Although I was given a larger room for the same price, the air conditioning unit was not functioning properly. It did cool the room, but it continuously leaked water onto the floor between the bathroom and bedroom.
I used most of the towels to soak up the water and chose not to report the issue at the time, as I did not want to switch rooms for a third time. I did, however, bring the problem to the front desk upon checkout the following morning.
My overall impression is that while the hotel may appear hip and stylish on the surface, there seems to be a significant issue with deferred maintenance. On a positive note, parking was free.
