The room was regular but what really upset me is that I didn't get the room I was told I was getting. I was told I would have a walk-in shower. DIDN'T!! I was told my room would be pool view. DIDN'T!!!! And when I checked in, the girl at the front desk asked me "so do you want it or not?'!! Very unprofessional. I will NEVER stay at a Quinta Inn again!!!!!!!!!

The rooms smell like animals and the sheets smell like pee. The shower floor is all rusted. The windows don’t have a tight seal so you hear traffic noise the whole time.

Staff was not out front when I arrived I had to say hello after 5 minutes for someone to come from the back. Our bathroom tub had hair in it. The soap they provided felt very drying. The cleaning lady came 5 minutes before 11 knocking on our door several times. Usually la quinta is my go to but I was a little disappointed.

Everything was wonderful regarding the bed comfort, condition of the room, the parking lot, lobby, and breakfast. Our only concern was that the shower floor was very slippery so that we felt unsafe.

The hotel room was nice but there were stains on the pillow case and the housekeeping tried to hide. The bathroom was broken had to push hard to open and close. The elevator was broken.

The fire alarms were going off every 10 minutes starting at approximately 445 am and did not stop until a little after 6 am. They would not compensate me because I booked through Expedia and not directly through their website. When I arrived a man was at the front desk and he did not acknowledge me when I said hello to him. For 5 minutes he completely ignored me and then finally a female front desk agent came out and she was acting odd, like she was in trouble and was rushing me away from the desk.
