Very friendly staff ! Cucumber water / citrus water . Would be great if breakfast was served at 6 instead of 6:30 due to everyone needing to eat & go to appts . So many including us needed to skip so we could get to appts on time . The golf shuttle was amazing & so was the shuttle to the other Mayo Clinic . Advertise that so people like us don’t get rental cars . Overall a wonderful clean facility ! Beautiful 💛🌵☀️

The room was clean and spacious. As a single female traveler, I don’t like having a room adjoining to mine. I wasn’t expecting that. Also, felt overpriced for the level of hotel. But because my family member was hospitalized at Mayo, I suppose I was paying for the convenience of being close. If that were not a factor, I would not stay there again. Also, there was a sign that packing is $14 per night. I haven’t seen the final bill, but that seems expensive. The bottles of water in the room were each $6. At first I thought they were a nice complementary touch, lol.

Room was dirty. No lotion or anything stocked on counters, shower was dirty and had hair in it. The cabinets and couch had filthy splatters. The bed was comfortable but we couldn’t believe the condition of a room so close to Mayo Clinic. People start there during treatments and in would expect cleanliness.
