Room was dirty. No lotion or anything stocked on counters, shower was dirty and had hair in it. The cabinets and couch had filthy splatters. The bed was comfortable but we couldn’t believe the condition of a room so close to Mayo Clinic. People start there during treatments and in would expect cleanliness.

The hotel is so close to Mayo Clinic and this time was affordable. The barking dogs were a little annoying at times, but manageable. I would always stay here when I have appointments at the clinic, if I could.

Free breakfast disappoints

Our room was a bit dirty. The air conditioning unit was loud and would then turn off at night and heat would come on. Not ideal for Arizona temps. Free breakfast was never stocked. Didn’t matter what time we came down for breakfast. Guests had to tell staff that the food was out, instead of them checking. Those kitchen employees were rude and lazy. We heard from other guests that stay here often that the situation with the free breakfast is always the same. They are always “ out” of food.
