The hotel is in a great location. Unfortunately, one can hear a lot of noise from other people through the wall, and one side of the hotel gets a LOT of highway noise. I have stayed there a number of times now, and in every room I stayed in the the intake grill on the room AC was caked with dust and fuzz, and in one instance the exhaust grill was filthy. I cleaned them all. It looks like they clean the AC filters, just not the intakes
I have stayed here twice now, overall the hotel is very nice and well managed, also in a great location, and parking is not an issue.
The property is well kept, and the staff were all very friendly and easy to interact with. I really enjoyed my stay there. The hotel has lots of parking and is well located.
Everything has been top knotch from friendly check in, super clean modern room, to very comfy bed and pillows. We got a great rate through Orbitz. No complaints!
Our room was very spacious, beds and pillows were great and the complimentary breakfast was better than most, with ample hot meal choices!

Did not like the $50 charge when checking in even if they said it was refundable. No reason for this charge.
This hotel is within walking or very short driving distance to great shopping and eating establishments in the Desert Ridge Marketplace. The hotel itself is clean, comfy quiet. the beds are amazing and all the surroundings are pleasant. The pool is just warm enough to be comfortable, the breakfast food is fine as the usual items are available, even pancakes! I do not plan on going back to Phoenix anytime soon, but if I am I will gladly stay here again should the need arise. If you need a place to stay for shopping Black Friday, I would recommend that this hotel is the place you are looking for!
It was the perfect place to stay for our wedding near Phoenix as it was close to everything - great mall at the District with so many wonderful places to eat & right by the freeways to get to the airport & good breakfast to start the day right downstairs!! The front desk went OVERBOARD to help us with directions.
Fantastic location close to restaurants and entertainment . The staff was very friendly and accommodating . Travel through Phoenix a few times a year , we will definitely stay here on our next trip !
Great place to stay for a business trip. Very quiet and clean room. Huge, soft bed. Great strong, hot shower. Very friendly staff. Would like to see a bar/cafe at this hotel.
I especially liked the location since it was close to my family whom I was visiting. I have no complaints.
Rooms were NOISY! Paper thin walls. Staff could careless about your stay. They put us in a connecting room with a baby next door. We could hear the people talking the whole night. Lights came through the door of the connecting room. I complained. First,they said I should have called them to be moved. When I asked why they put a baby next to a connecting room,They said they were full. So,why call then??? NEVER again will I stay here!!!!! THEY DON'T CARE!!!!
