the bedding looked as though it had been slept in already
no ice machine, also they took $750 instead of $549 . Trying to get my money they owe me back
quiet, clean. Wish it offered breakfast, but that is an extra charge.
Staff was very friendly. Very convenient.
there's a bar run by a superwoman. she is a one-woman show. beer on tap fantastic little courtyard to enjoy food/drink.
Shower cartridge is reverse in room 206. Hot is cold and cold is hit. Take off handle and just rotate cartridge. Other than that will gladly stay again
I’m not sure if staffing isn’t all on the same page when it comes to check ins and prices . I was told for early check in at 6 am it would be $75 then I was told it would be $50 by someone else and when we came to stay at the hotel we were told and charge $100. I’m not mad about the money aspect I’m mad that we were told one thing and charged something different than what was told to us. The front counter lady was not the nicest when we tried explaining we were told different amounts we just got shut down and weren’t able to explain why. I think as a front desk employee everyone should be taught times and prices so they all have the same information.
Hotel design was unique. Not just your run of the mill design.
Very easy to use and park etc. no drawers in the room if you want to unpack.
I was disappointed with room. Carpet seem like it was the cheapest one they could put in, no padding and seem dirty. I wasn't impressed with the room. Have stayed at other Aloft hotels and this one wasn't as nice as i expected. But did the job, i slept fine in the bed.
Mark, the front desk person was very rude. He held rooms for people that had not even checked in by 1:00 am but gave me a queen ADA room for hat was dirty. My understanding is the policy is they cannot hold rooms after 12:00am The room was very dirty. Not Marriott Bonvoy quality at all.
