The elevator was not working, so we were told we would have to use stairs to the fourth floor to get to the suite we reserved. I let the person who was working know that, would not work. Our son could not navigate the stairs. He recently had brain surgery and is having a hard time walking as a result of the surgery he has lost his vision. They got us a suite with a different elevator. The second day we were there our toilet overflow. It took a while, got it fixed. When checking out I asked if we could get a discount. The person working said they gave me points. I would have appreciated a monitory discount.

Our check in was easy, staff was super helpful, having a fridge and ice maker was awesome, breakfast had options, shower was clean and powerful, and our room was clean and comfortable. However the bed offered no support and the pillows were so soft your head just sunk through them due to zero support, so not a good night of sleep based on that. I would not be able to stay here again due to back and shoulder issues, but if you like soft mattresses and pillows, this is a great stay.
