Property is nice, but parking is HORRENDOUS on the weekends....

Everything built into the Rock in the cliffs is absolutely cool. And it's beautiful outside being on the little streets and Italy or something. What I did like it took forever to walk from place to place are you had to take a shuttle just to make it to the lobby from where we were.

Older property. Rooms need updating. Staff was nice.

Liked the facilities, pools, and grounds. Want fond of the cleanliness of some of the facilities namely the restaurant by the golf pro shop. Napkins were soiled twice bar and tabletops were sticky and had dried food and liquid on them everyone we sat down. The little tables by the pools looked as if they were rarely if ever wiped down or cleaned.

The property was built partially in the mountain!! A big sprawling hotel, a bit confusing to navigate!! Staff was great. The room was very roomy, but not as plush as I expected!! The bed was comphy tho. Overall I would stay again!!

Our room had a terrible smell. Like the carpet was mildewed. I complained to the front desk and housekeeping and each time they said they would vacuum. Didn’t help at all. Hurt my nose every time we walked in. Also some workers started using a drill on our back deck at 9:00 am one morning. Argh. Toilet also stopped up the second day but was promptly repaired. Beautiful resort, we just got a bum room and nobody was willing to help.

The resort is very nice but the room had bugs. I found few black bugs in my pillow. When I killed it blood came out. Not sure what type of bug that was. For the price I paid I would think they did a better job maintaining the rooms clean.

Next time we visit Phoenix we will definitely stay here again

Good place to stay. Good times. Pool sucked lots of good people and good times. Lots of really good times.

For the price this hotel is great. Great pools (one could have been warmer), great waterslide, great golf course (driving range is free for guests), great restaurants. There is a Safeway, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Urgent Care etc. all within 2 miles. Also, you are within 10 miles of a number of really good restaurants. It is important to keep in mind that the hotel is older and it could use a power wash and some paint. I thought the staff was very professional.

This hotel was very nice. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends. Great views. Clean. Friendly staff. All good things to look for when staying in Phoenix.

This was our second stay at this Hilton We went for the purpose of R & R and that is exactly what we got. Restaurants are fantastic, especially A Different Point of View where the view is fantastic and food is excellent. Cocktails are too expensive. I only have a drink on special occasions and could not tell there was any alcohol in my drink. Other patrons were making the same comment. Work out facility is small but adequate. Our only complaint about the facilities is the water in the pools was very cold. Air temperature was in the low 80's during the day but the pool temperature felt similar to Lake Superior in the summer.

We got, what we thought, was a great room. A King Suite. Unfortunately, the room was right over the laudry room, and the heat exchanger, for the dryers, was right out side our door. At about 9:30PM each night, the room would start vibrating, and there would be a constant sound of water filling machines. This would last until approximately 11:30 PM. When we called the desk to complain, although they sounded friendly, could only offer a lesser room as an exchange. We decided to tough it out. There was no offer, of any kind, from the hotel, as an apology. Free drink in the bar-nothing. I would not take a chance of staying there again.

Convenient, amenities, friendly and early morning hikes in the mountains! Nice pool, good bar food.

Very beautiful resort that appears to be recently remodeled. Wonderful pools and beautiful scenery. Lookout golf course was amazing. Resort was built into the side of a mountain so bring good shoes.
