the shuttle service pick up and drop was excellent, the dine In service was prompt and the dinner was delicious, the dinner at The Different Point restaurant provided excellent staff service and delicious food. Especially enjoyed selecting dinner from their restaurant week menu. Also enjoyed the brunch at Different Point in Thyme. I will definitely reserve my vacation time at this property again.

The AC didnt work well in the Master bdrm at night. Very hot! We found a scorpuon in our room and maintenance had to remove it. Numerous lamps in suite were not working and outlets didnt work. Coffee in room was terrible.

Beautiful property with variety in room choice and location along with a cart service to help with transportation from the rooms to different areas.

Property is nice, but parking is HORRENDOUS on the weekends....

Everything built into the Rock in the cliffs is absolutely cool. And it's beautiful outside being on the little streets and Italy or something. What I did like it took forever to walk from place to place are you had to take a shuttle just to make it to the lobby from where we were.

Older property. Rooms need updating. Staff was nice.

Liked the facilities, pools, and grounds. Want fond of the cleanliness of some of the facilities namely the restaurant by the golf pro shop. Napkins were soiled twice bar and tabletops were sticky and had dried food and liquid on them everyone we sat down. The little tables by the pools looked as if they were rarely if ever wiped down or cleaned.

The property was built partially in the mountain!! A big sprawling hotel, a bit confusing to navigate!! Staff was great. The room was very roomy, but not as plush as I expected!! The bed was comphy tho. Overall I would stay again!!

Our room had a terrible smell. Like the carpet was mildewed. I complained to the front desk and housekeeping and each time they said they would vacuum. Didn’t help at all. Hurt my nose every time we walked in. Also some workers started using a drill on our back deck at 9:00 am one morning. Argh. Toilet also stopped up the second day but was promptly repaired. Beautiful resort, we just got a bum room and nobody was willing to help.

The resort is very nice but the room had bugs. I found few black bugs in my pillow. When I killed it blood came out. Not sure what type of bug that was. For the price I paid I would think they did a better job maintaining the rooms clean.

Next time we visit Phoenix we will definitely stay here again

Good place to stay. Good times. Pool sucked lots of good people and good times. Lots of really good times.

For the price this hotel is great. Great pools (one could have been warmer), great waterslide, great golf course (driving range is free for guests), great restaurants. There is a Safeway, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Urgent Care etc. all within 2 miles. Also, you are within 10 miles of a number of really good restaurants. It is important to keep in mind that the hotel is older and it could use a power wash and some paint. I thought the staff was very professional.
