Great place to bring family and kids. Not so great for business travel. Feels like you’re staying next to Disneyland with large groups of youth sports teams and people eating take out food in common areas. Not what I expected. Place is very dated, aesthetically unpleasant.

It started with allowing people to hang out in the patio areas till midnight, but people are trying to sleep. Then we were woken up at 8 AM by pounding and banging in the mechanical room next to our room. Then when we try to shower, the water would not go down the tub. nothing better than trying to shower in yours and the guest before you dirty water. Provided an ADA shower chair upon request, but the chair was so filthy. It made the water even more dirty that you were sitting in and it felt like it was gonna break my eight-year-old mother was scared to death. She was going to fall and hurt herself sitting on that chair. The bed squeaked every time you moved, flooring in the property in general was quite dirty. They did not have ADA rooms with two queens, which is unusual because typically people with ADA have a companion with them. The ADA parking was extremely limited and with the height variances it was very difficult to get wheelchairs up and down. I paid $500 a night for this room and I would not recommend it for one dollar sure wish I could’ve called the staff to let them know however, the phone did not work. It just rang busy for any button that I pushed. We ate at the casual dining and it was so cold we couldn’t wait to finish our meal. The ADA entrance was locked so we had to walk all the way around and ask for assistance to get in as there are two levels of steps going into the restaurant and it was raining. All around it was a horrible stay with very little sleep.

The only issue I had was the EV charging that they had. They have four charging stations of which three are strictly for Teslas. The fourth was always used and I was finally lucky enough to get that lone spot on my last night. If you have an adapter to be able to use a Tesla charger then bring it. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

Lots to do!

Great stay for our 10 year anniversary. Brendan tried to upgrade our stay but we were in a rush to make our dinner reservation. Thank you Brendan! Pools and restaurants had a good vibe with friendly staff. We loved the waterfalls at the main pool area. Very relaxing. We didn't have a chance to use the tennis courts or the adjacent trails. Next time for sure!

The property buildings are pretty on the outside. Lobby is nice and inviting. Rooms are dated. Hotel restaurant where breakfast is served is super dated and dirty. The carpet was disgustingly in the restaurant. The breakfast was not good at all. The food was obviously cooked the day or two before and heated up. For $20 per person I would expect something fresh. The waffles were literally too hard to bite into. They were like hard cookies. The restaurant host was very friendly. The pools were nice but dirty. The pool chairs had sticky gross spilled food on almost all of them. A power washer to the deck and chairs was sure needed. The servers at the pool were very friendly. The bartender at the pool was very crappy everyday. There were pickle ball courts but no staff to be found to get equipment. The staff in the lobby were all friendly. The rooms were somewhat clean but the staff only restocked about half of everything each day.

Absolute Gem! Can’t wait to come back!

This was a fantastic resort and experience. Everyone was kind and accommodating. The resort itself is a little older but don’t let that deter you! It is well kept and charming. A ton of character and very comfortable. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean and the amenities were plentiful and well maintained. I can’t wait to come back with my family. A must stay!
