Grounds and facilities nice but room way outdated and dirty felt like a motel 8 30 years old

Fantastic destination.

The property was HUGE! We loved how quiet it was, the number of pools there were to choose from, and the beauty of the area. The 100 foot water slide was a BONUS! Staff were accommodating and the hotel room was clean and modern. The resort had just the right mix of families, young adults, and couples. The hotel rooms are set on the side of a hill, so the walk back can be challenging. They do offer a shuttle service if you don't mind the wait. I would highly recommend this resort. We loved our stay!

Staffs are not friendly also the parking is bad, our room was not cleaned on our second day and we have to request for towels because we are 4 and towels are just 2.

There were bugs in the room got moved 4 room all had bugs never received my money back they promised you guys never called back. They said they would clean out first room never did still the same dead bugs. Then you guys would not call me back to help I’m very disappointed and felt trapped. Horrible service on both sides very very disappointed to take my girlfriend there it was embarrassing. I’m very disappointed no one did me right nor made it right abs I would appreciate a phone call

We loved the various hiking trails located on or near the property. Unfortunately, the hot tubs in the pool area were not working properly, and with the cool weather we experienced during our stay, that was disappointing. We still had to pay a daily resort fee. The Point in Thyme restaurant is a beautiful structure, and the staff there is wonderful. I wish they had a better choice of music playing in the background. The rooftop restaurant was also wonderful, great staff, excellent cuisine, and the views are unmatched.

from check in with Kristine to check out it was wonderful. a quiet upscale place with wonderful food and staff. One suggestion, a better manning of the phones, I had to ring several times to reach anyone.

Beautiful setting.

Someone came in too my room and stole my suitcase and watch ⌚

My husband and I were disappointed that the pools weren't heated warmer and that there was a private party at the adult only pool. We were also disappointed that there was minimal options for drinks at the adult pool and they didn't taste good.

The stay was incredible! Thank you so much to Savannah at the front desk. Savannah assisted me in getting dinner reservations and the Pointe of View restaurant, set up appointments at the hotel spa, and got us a great room with a view. This was a getaway with a surprise proposal. So because of Staff and Savannah, it was a total success! Property was beautiful, poolside service was excellent (even with it being busy), and our room was nice and clean. The security on the property was nice for night walks we took. We will most definitely be back!

Pool was great, but overall the property is run down and needs updating.

Our stay was great except we had a buffet at pointe of Tyme that was the worst food I ever had. The service at the buffet was terrible as well. I was surprised because I ate there years ago and it was good. Brisket was cold, potato salad had gone bad, beans were straight from the can.

Because there was an event at the pool closest to our room, we had to park pretty far away and walk to our room.

Staff was welcoming and helpful.
