The cliff side views are spectacular. The rooms weee comfortable and the staff was fantastic and attentive.

Absolutely wonderful

My daughter and I stayed for a night so I could spoil her for completing her PhD with no student loan debt and no help from her dad or me. We had multiple services at the spa which were all amazing. We had dinner at the Different Point of View and that, too, was amazing. I would highly recommend this resort and will definitely go back.

Not kept up. Paint peeling. Rooms were not updated. Grounds were not well kept. The whole place just feels tired and sad.

Hotel does not feel like a resort despite advertised pictures. Resort fees are absurd since the hotel does not offer much. It feels old and dated so definitely needs a makeover.

This is a beautiful property with incredible views. The only challenging part is as you would expect with a resort that has “cliffs” in its name, some of the roads are a little steep. Staff is great and they even have a shuttle service to take you across the property if you need.

property needs some updates. our sliding glass door was very hard to open,

The best parts were the resort grounds, with the pools, golf course, and nearby hiking trails. The room was a bit dated. The shower drain was clogged and drained slowly.

Great location; nice room. Facility charge of $36 is high for January since you could not use outdoor facilities. We had a broken sliding door that maintenance was unable to fix.

The check in agent was rude and short with his answers. The property needs some safety upgrades as far as handrails and step markings. The resort fee per my Orbitz reservation was different than the resort fee at check-out. I specifically asked at check -in for the amount and showed the receipt from Orbitz and the check in person said yes that is the amount. My brother paid my resort fee so I wanted to be sure of the exact amount. I asked at check out about the additional charge and was not given a clear answer. I called the resort requesting a call back from the front desk manager but have not gotten a call back.

It took forever to find parking. The shower was cold with no pressure. The hot tub was warm. Very noisy. It was very difficult to find our room the first night.

To expensive for what you get No amenities on the room Motel 6 It’s about the same but chiper

The jacuzzi was cold

Road is very rough,Very low clearance. If I would've drove my pick up truckI would not fitUnder the Bridges. I had to make a U-turn Yet Checked in.

The mountain views were amazing .. the property definitely need’s updating.. things look worn around property

Tucked away on the side of the Tapatio Cliffs just north of downtown Phoenix, this resort is an amazing property - even if a little dated. If you drive to the top of the property, you can see 360 degree breathtaking views of the Phoenix area. We found our room suite really large and comfortable, the restaurants on the property were totally delicious and although we were staying for work and didn't get to test out the pools, there are many beautifully shaped pools where you can frolic or relax.

The property itself is wonderful. The only thing missing for me was a microwave in my room.
