I had done mobile check in and picked my room but when I got there (after the check in time) I had to go to the desk because my room wasn’t ready. I had picked the room on the bottom floor as I was getting over a back issue and didn’t want to walk far. Unfortunately, there were none ready and I had to go to a different floor.

The staff was very unfriendly and not at all helpful to me in any way. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I needed to cancel my booking and needed a refund. The staff was not accommodating at all. I was appalled by their behavior and lack of interest in helping me. They told me to call Expedia sometimes they can cancel in some circumstances. Since I booked through Expedia, I even asked one of the virtual reps for help, and they proceeded to call the hotel staff because SOMETIMES they will cancel it in an emergency. The Expedia rep said that they would not honor my cancellation nor offer me a refund. They just kept pushing the late check-in option, which directly ignored my request since I told them I was unable to make it at all. I would never book here again. Awful just awful.

DON"T DO IT !

not recommended , petty operation poorly run, front desk attendants are not user friendly ,gouging for laundry services , attendant with little sign not willing to make change for quarters forcing my family to go across street to store that laughed and said they keep rolls of quarters on hand just because the place is a joke with a little sign they show off when they do not want to provide change , heavily gouging for detergent, 4th floor carpets are dirty and it smelled like sewer problems on Sunday morning when we were happy to be leaving, breakfast ,,,,,if thats what you call it, stayed at a IHG resort in Scottsdale the previous days and it was great , went as far as asking if I checked out early I would lose my money at this place and got a smirk and a reply yes you will not be refunded , try to find someplace else if at all possible, the girls cleaning the rooms were very courteous , but the management were not, definitely all about there phones . I normally will not do any kind of review, but for the money this place charges, it was very disappointing , the pool is the size of a large spa at best.

Loved everything. Great breakfast and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I wished the shower floor was bleached white. It needs a good scrubbing and steam cleaned.
