A/C never worked, first night there was hot water. Day 2/3 nothing, let it run for the longest time and never got hot. Went upstairs just to see the views and was told couldn’t pass withOUT ID. I was in sweats, my mom and I. We’re not in the club scene anymore, haven’t been in years and they wouldn’t let us just take a look and a quick picture. Front desk was nice, accommodating…but I think the crowd of people that were always around at night was too young for my liking.

My room was clean, although the water from the basin took a while to get warm , but other than that the staff, front desk, the lovely lady in the restaurant in the morning was fantastic. I appreciate her. Ill definitely be back to see you all again. 😊

Friendly staff, nice little restaurant on site. Only downside was no onsite parking only street parking (residential neighborhood) and sometimes had to walk 2-3blocks. They do have valet service and there is a paid parking lot down the alley.

Perfect stay! Friendly and attentive front desk staff who went above and beyond. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe. The location is ideal for art lovers and exploring downtown, which is absolutely beautiful.

I was told by the check-in staff I did not have vouchers for breakfast. Now, I'm being told I was to have vouchers for breakfast? Breakfast was $35 for two persons. Refills on coffee was $2.00. Pepper shaker, you need finer pepper. I had to open the bottom of the shaker to get the pepper out. Such a small detail, but a detail to take notice. The room was great, spacious, clean, updated, quiet. Staff were attentive, except for the breakfast vouchers. I would go back, but next time to ensure receiving the vouchers.
