The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean, pool was nice and the breakfast was great.

Very accommodating - was able to check in early. Good breakfast - unfortunately, I had to m the happy hours this trip. They are upgrading rooms so undergoing construction.

Expected 2bedrooms, but was 2 beds in room. One TV did not work. Then electricity was out . We had to change rooms. The employees were pleasant, friendly and helpful. We are seniors and the stairs were difficult.

Flight got in late in the evening. It was nice that the hotel was less than 15 min away. Rooms were clean, quiet, comfortable. Got a good night's rest. Recommended.

Great location and easy access to the expressway. Easy to get around the city and surrounding areas.

Breakfast was the best ...friendly person working there was very helpful. Thanks Nice hotel in every respect. Will stay there again.

Hotel staff and manager were really accommodating for my needs.

When I first pulled up to the hotel i thought, the location alone would scare most off. It's in a borderline sketchy area next to a "gentleman's club". I think a lot of the gentlemen who get "lucky"in the neighborhood frequent this hotel.

Overall, it wasn't too bad. Nothing special but it was clean enough. A bit dated and older matresses but we all slept fine. You can tell that 20-30 years ago, this hotel was pretty slick but now, it's just appears to be maintained just enough to look decent. I would definitely stay there again as the price was right for the area.

EVERYTHING WAS SUPER! WE STAYED 5 NIGHTS AND ALL WAS COOL! AMENITIES WERE A REAL PLUS!

We were in Phoenix for a wedding, first time in town. A nice modern city, but the residential buildings are so different than those in the east coast. It took us a little time to recognize the hotel, not to mention seeking for the office. But the reception at the desk was friendly and encouraging. We proceed to our room but by mistake went to one that was not ready for presentation. Luckily we met a staff who very helpfully direct us to our room. It was a little small, but adequate and charming for our short stay. The complimentary breakfast was very good. We are glad to stay there.

We were very happy with our stay at Best Western Inn Suites. We were in Phoenix for a family funeral and happy to have the hotel near by and very clean and reasonable. Thank you.

We were greeted right away by two very pleasant young people. We were very pleased with our room and room location. Hot breakfast daily was very nice and filling. Would recommend happily to others.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was firm enough for us. Nice linens. Toilet did not flush properly. Bathroom tiny -- hard to close door when sitting on toilet. Hot breakfast was tasteless. Would have been better with banana and yogurt. Coffee and citrus drinks good.

This Best Western is nestled in the North Mountain Range with nice window views. Our a/c has been out twice this summer and it is so helpful to be able to have breakfast before work (nice amenity). When adult children from out of town come in this is where they stay. Modest prices seal the deal.

Awesome room service was good would of liked that the pool was open a lil later the 10:00

Summary: Great quiet location and quiet room. I heard only slight noise from some where above us twice while in our hotel room, and would not have noticed if asleep. Great complimentary breakfast. Two Person Jacuzzi suite was awesome for the tired, sore muscles and back .Be sure to note when booking or call after to confirm a two person Jacuzzi, otherwise you may get just a regular jetted tub. Decided to splurge with a nice King Suite for my wife and I after driving over 900 miles to Phoenix from Texas. and to maybe win some brownie points. Also booked a suite with a two person Jacuzzi tub and it was well worth it, we were able to relax and enjoy the Jacuzzi twice, helping relieve my aching back and muscles (my back is usually hurting). We ended up arriving too early for the 4pm check in time. So we left for a bit and came back and the room was ready at 4pm. Note that there are several rooms with Jacuzzi's, some are just regular jetted bath tubs and others have the two person tubs to share. I booked thinking I was getting the two person tub, but was given a regular jetted tub. Went back to front desk, and lady was very pleasant and quickly moved us to a two person Jazuzzi room. May not be as easy if hotel is really full, so maybe putting in comments to the hotel when booking or calling them to make sure you get the two person if you are wanting it. I have to say though, the first suite with the regular jetted tub's floors were a nice wood floor look at least in the living room area, while the suite with the correct tub I wanted had just regular hotel carpeting. I didn't care anyway, I was enjoying the Jacuzzi. The room was nice, clean, and quiet, I never heard any noise from another room except once or twice from upstairs somewhere. Beds were great and slept soundly that night (after two Jacuzzi soaks). There were two TV's, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The living room couch has a fold out bet, which we did not need, but for those with children would work great as well as the french style doors to close between the living room and bedroom area for privacy. There were two bathrooms, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. Basically two regular hotel rooms joined together with the same bathroom and sink combo at the back of the rooms. Complimentary breakfast was nice and fully ready to eat when we arrived shortly after the 6:30AM start time; included coffee, juice, milk, water, cereal, biscuits, sausage gravy (or some sort of meat), hash browns (slightly undercooked for my taste - I like them slightly crispy), scrambled eggs (cooked fluffy and awesome) with ketchup and salsa available, toast, and only a few pastries available, small muffins I believe. If I was to be picky, the towels weren't super soft, but were not bad, and were not completely starched/course feeling like cheap hotels have. Also it appeared one knob was broken on the two person Jacuzzi tub, though it's function possibly was to start and stop the jets, which that control was mounted to the wall with a timer dial, which ran for at least 30 minutes (It seems anyway). One last picky item, our room was on the "back side" of the hotel and had minimal parking on that side, but we did manage to get parking on the same side and not have to walk around the building. Would definitely love to get this room again. King Suite Room 137.

Location was great for us as far being in a central location to get business done. Had to change rooms. Shower did not work. In the next room, air conditioner did not work and carpet was very dirty. you could see the dirt on the bottom of our feet. Breakfast was okay. Hotel is being renovated. Needed to stay in town another day so we switched hotels.

Helpful staff and comfortable accommodations. Would definitely revisit this hotel any time I am in Phoenix.
