Staff were unfriendly, room and front entrance was not clean, also restroom door could not close in room.

Nice hotel , safe and clean and quiet with a comfortable bed

Rude hotel staff, dirty sheets in bed stained towels

We had a 2 night stay and our room wasn't attended to - bed was not made nor clean towels given. However, Jason at the front desk was very helpful. He located & saved our forgotten iPad for us to return and pick up.

Overall we are veey satisfied with our stay. Stayed 4 nights for the Phoenix Open. Price was great, comfy bed, good room. Only complaints were a very noisy upstairs neighbor, floor was not swept before we checked in and shower had horribly slow drain. We'll stay again.

Professional staff clean rooms. Nice wood floors.

Staff was not friendly. Room was all dusty. Too much noise. Drunk man banged on my door screaming "open the door, open the door". I was terrified.

The staff I interacted with was friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and stuff worked, although it was immediately obvious from the lingering smell that this was a formerly "smoking" room only recently declared "non-smoking," which is not unusual in this price range and didn't really bother me, but just a heads-up to anyone more sensitive to stale smoke smell. Other than that, the room was quite clean, although there were no hangers in the room when I checked in - I had to go down to the desk to get one. That's the sort of thing that housekeeping should catch.

I don't know if it use to be a smoking hotel or if it is the smell of dog urine. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in ever. Not trying to be mean, but trying to get Red Roof to clean it up. I understand you can't do anything about the freeway noise. But you can clean the smell up.

Staff very friendly & helpful. Room nice size & clean. All in all, a good experience. L

Although the staff persons were nice and helpful, the price charged for this hotel was way out-of-line with what is provided...or not provided. For example, no food is served; there is no hair dryer in the room; the bathroom sink was tiny without space for toiletries. We have stayed in much nicer hotels with all these features for about 70% of what we paid at this one!

Shower was not working properly and beds were un comfortable..i would probably not stay again.

This hotel is extremely disgusting. Nasty carpet and all outdated furnitures. Please don't ever stay here, Run!!!!

Hotel not responsible for their own parking lot. You park in your responsibility. While there's weird people sitting and walking around the parking area. Couple unprofessional kids running the front desk. I booked for 3days stay, and they call my room and knock on the door everyday asking for check out. While the (do not disturb sign)in place.

The location was just perfect to visit the area that i planned on visiting. The hotel staff are very courteous and friendly. There are a few restaurants that are just walking distance from this hotel. The room was spacious, and all the installed amenities worked.

it was a nice place and clean room but not much more. had a great tv

Good value, 24 hour coffee was often empty, but it was a busy time for the staff. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Carpets were scheduled for cleaning the day we left, they did need it, but it is apparent that the hotel does its best to keep a busy hotel in good shape. I would stay there again.

Besides the fact this hotel allows people to stay waaaayyyyyyy past 30 days, the rooms, safety and cleaniness is by far the best in the area for the price!!!

Average Red Roof Inn, based on my experiences. I just needed a convenient cheap option for two days. No complaints since all I was looking for was basic needs. Otherwise, would choose other options in the area.

If you just need a place to lay your head this is a good deal. The best part of the room is the flat screen tv with pay for view movies. Other than that the room is really not that comfortable. This is an older hotel in need of upgrading. The carpets are quite dirty and it looks as if the cleaning staff only does a cursory "wipe down" rather than a cleaning. But the location is great and the sheets were clean (comforter was stained though).
