Loved it!! Perfect for the family and Jorge service was fabulous

The staff was excellent, the view was beautiful. Wonderful place to stay.

Great resort, very relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful pool, great outside dining options range from an outside cafe to a full service restaurant. The building has history, but it’s lacking some luxuries for the money you spend.

food was excellent, room was nice and clean... didn't know there were moskitos in phx though!

Beautiful resort! Everything was immaculate!! The grounds are gorgeous! And the food was amazzzzing! (Go for Sunday brunch, the queen would be impressed by it!)

Great place! I just wish I had known about the nightly parking fee. The previous time I stayed there was free parking.

Incredible property. The history of this Biltmore is worth the trip alone. Our favorite hotel.

I love the Biltmore because I am a Frank Lloyd Wright fanatic! The hotel is wonderful but it is in dire need of a thorough, professional cleaning in all the public areas. Room cleanliness was fine but the hallways and sidewalks need to be cleaned. Hallways smelled bad and probably need new carpeting and paint.

Very beautiful European style buildings. We got offered a free upgrade to a big room. The staff is friendly and informative. The only trouble we had is to find the entrance to the lobby because this resort is large and has a lot of buildings. Google Map could not properly guide us to the main entrance.

Nice place , great gym and pool area, convent location minutes to shopping and restaurants, 10 min to airport, 20 min to casino, 15 to hiking and zoo. Didn’t play at it but looks like nice golf course as well.

Beautiful grounds and clean rooms, however for the price I expected a little more. (No coffee pot in room, no laundry facilities, no microwave, etc.)

The Arizona Biltmore remains a deserving national landmark and has remained timeless yet contemporary.

I wanted to stay at this hotel! It was everything I expected.

It's a rambling facility so we had to be taken back & forth to our outlying building by golf cart, wait for a golf cart in the heat. Unfortunately I had forgotten something in our vehicle & retrieving it was too long & difficult a process, so it wasn't the best experiencefor me.

An architectural masterpiece - especially if you enjoy the works of nFrank Lloyd Wright.

The from was clean and the decorations/ furniture was new . The blankets on both beds were very worn out. Our phone didn't work either.
