Over 3100 sf, this modern house has a gorgeous, private yard with a pool and multiple seating areas. Inside, there are separate common rooms to play (ping pong table) and relax with a large kitchen in between.

*Primary Bdrm- King and ensuite bathroom w/ separate tub and step in shower, double sinks & vanity
*Bdrm 2- King Bed * Full Bathroom shared with Bdrm 3
*Bdrm 3- 2 Twin Beds
*Bdrm 4- 2 Queen Beds and ensuite bathroom.

Guests who disregard this rule will be subject to a $1000 fine and immediate eviction. Outdoor security cameras may be in use.
