My experience at Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix Downtown was wonderful. Melissa at the front desk was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful. I arrived earlier than expected, and when I called and spoke with her, she was very pleasant and accommodating. The staff both inside and outside the hotel were excellent, including the valet team—even though I arrived via Uber. The hotel is beautiful, and although my stay is brief, I would absolutely choose to stay here again if I return.
