This was a great location for attending a conference at the convention center. Downtown was clean and felt very safe in its proximity to the college. Would stay here again, for sure!

Walkable Location! Near Roosevelt Row and in downtown next to ASU. Generously-sized, bright room with wall of windows, comfortable lay-out at an affordable rate, we thought. Caveat emptor: we were not provided full disclosure that there is no hotel self-park, just a hotel valet and parking for $47/night until we were in the loading zone at check-in. Guest service was inferior, beginning with an incomplete check-in orientation, neglecting information like “you must request maid service and towels at time of check-in” (this we learned when we called the front desk to request maid service and towels, then were reprimanded that we were told at check-in that we needed to ask for maid service and towels at check-in). A maid did eventually deliver towels, and emptied only one of 2 filled waste receptacles begrudgingly. The oatmeal dregs that were ground into the carpet outside our door remained there for the length of our stay. Not appetizing. P.S. It would be practical to have an additional trash receptacle in the kitchenette area. Thank you.

Convenient location. Hotel could use some updates. Staff was efficient and changed out our refrigerator right away after it over-cooled and burst some drinks. It would have been nice if they covered our lost food and drinks. It was mentioned by hotel staff but never happened. Bed was a little rough and breakfast options minimal but hotel was clean and nice location for stay without a car in Phoenix. Lots of walkable dinner options.
