The noise levels in the guest room areas are, at times, excessively high. The walls of the rooms, and especially the doors, are of mediocre quality, allowing sound to pass through very easily. From inside the room, you can clearly hear conversations in the hallway, and during the night and early morning hours, the sound of doors slamming is particularly disturbing. For a hotel of this category, replacing the doors should be seriously considered. Guests paying a high rate expect a reasonable level of silence and privacy, which is not the case here.
Additionally, the Wi-Fi quality is very poor. The connection is unstable, slow, and frequently disconnects, making it difficult to work or even perform basic online tasks. For a hotel positioning itself at this level, reliable and high-speed internet should be a given, not a weakness.
