The resort amenities were great! We loved the pools and the grounds. The only issue is the walls are paper thin! We could hear the ice maker like it was in our room, we could hear neighbors conversations through the walls.

The grounds of this hotel are stunning!! Guests and noise level is very loud throughout the night and into the early hours; making it hard to sleep through the night. Our room could have been cleaned a little better prior to check in. There was dirty spots on the bathroom floor and curtains. We love the pools at this hotel!! & THE VALET ( Josh) gave excellent recommendations for restaurants

Best staff and gorgeous facility

The staff at the lobby bar were exceptional. Particularly Andrew and Stephen. Omar the bar back was a delight as well. The grounds are immaculate and the facility is beautiful. Renovations are very nice.

The downsides of this large resort for us were the parking/parkingfees, dining and pricing of food and beverages. The 24 hr mini-mart was a nice convenience but the prices were pretty high also. The Blais Tiki Taka restaurant was disappointing. The food was just ok but the service was slow and awkward. Items came out in strange order and timing. The best food we had was appetizers at the lounge but the price of a beer seemed very high. Our stay was only a couple of nights with final night on Friday and it was already evident it was going to be a lot busier and more noise with kids running around.

My wife stayed here on this trip. These are her words. The staff was great and on top of things. But……The hidden fees are disgusting. Being charged $20 to self park? Really? The lack of shade around the property is noticeable, especially in the summer heat.
