We needed a place to stay with two bedrooms and kitchen area. This was beautiful, next to the pool. The open living/dining area was large enough to host our family one evening. It was quiet and felt safe. (gated) Downside - fairly expensive

Our room was on 3rd floor, which the wooden roof kept making creepy noise. Other than that, it was a great hotel but nothing special.

Good experience, great customer service and very attentive staff, they even had a festive Easter celebration on that Sunday. Very nice pool, jacuzzi and sitting area by the fire.

I had a wonderful night at the Hilton and it was very close to the mall As well as a great pool

My wife and I have stayed in this hotel several times before and have always enjoyed it, however, it is almost 5 years since our last visit. It did not disappoint and remains one of our favorite places to stay when we just want to relax by the pool all day and have nice places to eat and drink at night. The hotel has not changed much since our last stay but it remains a peaceful, clean and relaxing hotel. There are several great places to eat and drink close and the hotel have a shuttle if you want to go to the big Mall close by. They even came to pick us up when we called, the guy even came into the Yard House pub to let us know he was there. Just a great place to stay.

We had many out of town guests stay here for our son's wedding.....staff and room were excellent! I would definitely stay here again!

Don't remember any information calling out the remodel of the restaurant / bar area. Not that I needed those services but expect that when a major remodel is going on it should be disclosed. Trying to check out and couldn't hear well for the noise of construction. Front end people were below average in personality and providing of information.

This is a good standard Hilton Hotel. Not sure what the resort part is but it has all the things you would expect if a Hilton. Breakfast is good. Staff is good but not great. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Convenient location to golf, casino, Old Town Scottsdale and even Tempe for football games. We stay here nearly every year to visit local friends, play golf, go to watch football games in Tempe. We like the hotel and will return.

Our stay was very comfortable and peaceful room service was delicious

This hotel is starting to get very dated. Furniture was worn and some pieces rickety. We had a mini suite and it would have been better to get a three star hotel that was newer. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. But it doesn't make up for older furniture and mattresses. The down comforter and pillows, even for someone not allergic, lendes to a sub par night of sleep and a day spent in a fog following. Glad I was there for only one day.

great hotel and great location, the amenities are excellent

The "room comfort" poor rating is due to the fact that the ceiling in my room was making loud noises (which kept me up all night), probably due to wood expansion which is caused by the extreme heat. But I wish this information was provided when I checked in and asked Abby fo a room in a higher floor.

We recently experienced a wonderful anniversary stay at the Hilton Scottsdale. We received the "special" rose petal decorations with champagne and chocolate strawberries upon our arrival. We really enjoyed the Caribbean feel of the secluded, quiet, palm lined pool. The location allowed perfect access for all of our fun excursions. The housekeeping was exceptional. Thanks to all of your personnel, especially your fun and engaging concierge team!

I even accidentally left shirts in the closet and when I called 2 days later they had everything for me in the lost and found. Very happy with the honesty and service

Staff was very polite and friendly. Beautiful place to stay

comfortable room, friendly staff, great location!!!

The hotel was nice. Staff very nice....just a couple of things - I had to call for housekeeping to clean my room on my first day....and I wish they had an adult pool with no one under 18 allowed at that particular pool. There were tons of kids which is fine if you are staying at an embassy suites, but not at a Hilton in Scottsdale. Thanks....Leslie

The room and beds were fine. We were really disappointed with the swimming pool that was barely heated although we were told at checkin that the water was warm. There were many kids around the pool but not inside... I think that it is pretty bad management considering that it was spring break. Room service was terrible. We had to wait 1 hour for a continental breakfast that was not really our. We got muffins instead of toast and tea with a strong taste of coffee.

I just needed a place to stay, but this is truly resort quality. Beautiful grounds and pool area. Excellent location with great restaurant choices in and around the hotel.

If your going to Scottsdale - this is the place to stay. The room is approximately 1000 sq ft, 2 large bedrooms with seperate baths, large connecting living room, kitchen. Will stay again
