The staff were very accommodating and friendly. This hotel does not have the feel of a 4 star property. There is only one pool and it is rather small for as many guests as the hotel has. The beds in the room were very uncomfortable. I got a back ache. I asked for a mattress topper which they provided and that helped. The hotel is very noisy. The walls appear to be super thin. I had noisy neighbors, although the hotel did accommodate me and gave me a different room. The doors to the rooms were constantly banging shut, especially in the morning, making it hard to sleep.

The property was going through renovations and it was noisy

I checked into the hotel the first time. I turned the AC up while I was in my room but being eco friendly, I turned it off to go to dinner. When I came back, I tried turning the AC but no cold air would come out. I called the front desk at 10pm and after the phone rang for 8 minutes, they said they would send engineering up. I ended up falling asleep on top of the bed and woke up to an 80 degree hotel room at 2am. I called the front desk again and was told that engineering wouldn't be in till the morning, but they could bring me up fans...Not wanting to get out of bed and get dressed for a stranger, I declined the fans and asked that they make sure the AC is working by 5pm the next day when I got back from work. Arrive back at my hotel at 5pm the following day and the AC is still not fixed. Frustrated, I call the front desk and wait another 10 minutes with the phone just ringing and they said they would send engineering up. I went to go to the bathroom and the lights when you first walk in and the bathroom lights all blew. Turns out the GFI's tripped in two outlets but the scary part is, nothing was plugged into them. Can you say fire hazard? The toilet didn't flush. The towels were cream colored and thin from far too many uses. I go to dinner and come back and the room is cooler than 80 degrees, maybe 72, even though the thermostat was set at 60. The room never got colder than that. The pool chairs were exceedingly worn/broken down. Overall very disappointed.

This was not what people expect when they book a resort on vacation. This was a "Last Resort" for us, due to no other rooms being available. Completely filth ridden and run down. Beyond acceptable filth. Like staying in someones dirty house with no standards for clean or maintenance.

The room was musty with a slight smell of mildew. Bathroom smelled same way. Bed was very uncomfortable with no support, sank right to the box spring. The pillows sank so my head was only an inch off of the mattress making for a very sore neck the next day. When eating at the in house restaurant the service was very slow and when we asked where our order was the waitress went to check on our food and the food had been sitting in the window for 5 mins. Needless to say the food was not hot. The service at the morning buffet was also very slow. Plenty of help but nobody was focused, there was no manager driving the servers. This property is going through renovations but there's still no excuse for the lousy stay. I'll never stay at this property again.

The villas are 10 min away from main hotel. Not ideal.

Paid a premium for a suite. Woefully oudated decor Pitifully sized bathroom Towels like sandpaper, only thinner Uncomfortable bed Sofa smelled of vomit Staff were nice I expected a lot more for $500 night

Check in was done very quickly. Staff and service was great as it was later at night when we arrived.

Checked into our villa... they said they could have someone shuttle us down since it was about a 5-10 min walk. It took them 15 minutes to get someone to finally get us, and we felt like an extreme inconvenience in their day. Finally in the villa (pool for the villas is exclusive to those staying in the villas, which was the reason we decided to stay in the villa), the sign on the pool said it was closed and had a lock around the gate. Walked (correct, 5-10 min walk) back to the check in and explained the situation in which the said the pool would be back open the next morning at 9am. I said It would have been appreciated if we would have known that at check in, as it was the only reason why we were in the villa. She said she could move us to the main hotel, but had no king bed rooms available... we said since the pool would be back open in the morning, wed just stay. A few hours later, that night... we ordered room service at 9pm. Was told it be to the room in 30-40 minutes. Finally at 1030pm, our food had still not arrived and I called again to just cancel. As far as im concerned, that is absurd to be 1 hour past your expected arrival. No excuse or update was given (not that it would have helped), no apology, and he said ok, ill have it canceled. NOT HAPPY! Then of course we wake up the next morning excepting to see the pool open at 9am... and it wasn't. We checked out at 1130am and expect to never stay at this property again. I do not recommend staying here.

Gracious upgrades, top notch front deck man, and gourmet mealtoaf sliders for 8$?? The resort is TOP NOTHCH!!!

Great lication, close to restaurants and shopping. The room was clean. The pool was nice and clean, it would be nice if it had two hot tubc, the one hot tub was packed (seven people were in it) for the entire two hours that I was there. My overall experience was good,

Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Close to shopping and restaurants. Would highly recommend as a get away.

good location; hallways look drab and rundown; housekeeping lousy; front desk not courteous at all.

Great. Had an awesome time. Great service. Clean rooms.
