Magical

The thermal bath is magical, it wasn't busy and felt like a private experience. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean, and the beds are very comfortable, however it is old and dated and could use some updates and the food was just ok. I still highly recommend it because of how special the thermal bath is.

The thermal waters and the construction around the pools are great. The rest is pretty bad. No hot water in the rooms, no WiFi, a water leak from the ceiling, the lighting is terrible, dark because the only window is tiny, the view from the only window is to the parking lot. Having those majestic mountains around is a real pity you see parked cars. Had to beg for a hand towel and a bathroom mat. The selection of food is poor and no healthy options. This hotel needs a new vision to keep up with comfort and technology.

No vuelvo.

Nice pool and hotel. Road and service can improve.

The natural pools, hotel and rooms are nice. The pool, restaurant and astronomy staff were good to us. The road to get there is bumpy, no wi-fi and bad TV image, they also send us to the farthest rooms when the hotel was almost empty.
