No room service...had to go downstairs to order food to bring back to room and sait for it...couldnt order over the phone...like they thought i wouldnt pay or somethi g cause the second i signed the bill to my room...they ran my card...just not the hilton experience i expected. Hotel operator rude and short on the phone.
I love how this hotel goes on and beyond with cleanliness and literally sanitize your room before you go in. Can't complain had the best sleep in a long time, staff was very helpful!

There were no glasses/cups in the room. No cleaning service. No coffee. There was no parking available. I had to park at a public garage for 18$/day. Noisy late at night/early morning.
