Rooms were dirty. Stains on the bed sheets, crumbs on sheets. Bathroom was dirty. I advised the front desk and they said it was chemicals but it did not look like chemicals. I asked to change sheets they only did one bed. I will say their customer service was nice and they tried to rectify it. If cleanliness is a thing for you, this hotel is not it. I checked out early because I could not do it.

My time at Crowne Plaza was nice. The room was clean and the airport shuttle was convenient. Iesha at the front desk was exceptional - very pleasant, helpful, personable and provided great service!

Rooms/hallways are getting worn out. Empty lotion bottles, dirty sinks and slow drains indicate only superficial daily maintenance/cleaning. The $12 parking fee (when you’re staying there) is an irritant. The only thing positive going here is location.

While I appreciated the staff at check in, and the ease of catching the shuttle, I was less than happy with my room. It felt musty, the heat/cool system was noisy. Also, our room had a lot of outside noise. We hardly slept. There wasn't any water for purchase in the little store, and it wasn't refilled in the pitchers in the lobby. We were very thirsty when we left there.
