Tweekers and prostitution in the room next door banging and noise all night , the carpet was so dirty that my white socks were black , burger theory worst burger I have ever had ,check out is 11 am had the do not disturb sign up and two different employees came knocking before that time first one asking when I would be checking out 2nd to check the bed , no respect for their guest

This hotel was great. Was in town for a concert, was awesome with late check out very friendly and clean.

My husband was at meetings all day for five days. I had tbe privilege to have a retreat. The staff treated me as family. From the front desk to the garden to the cleaners to the shuttle drivers to the guys painting; people were kind and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable! Lucky made us feel as part of the community with tips and insight of places to visit and connected us to great people and places. Max explained the decor and beautiful moving curtain in the lobby.

It was fine, but there was trash outside my door and my bed was unmade when I walked in. . . It was weird. It was too late for me to complain though. I had to wake up in a few hours.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the overall experience in staying at the Holiday Inn and Suites this past weekend. From the moment I walked in the staff was very friendly, grounds were amazing and room was clean, large and set up for a perfect stay. Only there for two days I found my experience to be comfortable and just recommended Holiday Inn & Suites to two friends. This certainly wasn't my father's Holiday Inn!

We enjoyed the room with a separate living area for our grown children.

Needed a hotel to stay near airport for early flight out. Nice for the price.

Picked this hotel because it was close to the airport, but I would go back because of the hotel. It was very nice. Great pool and outdoor patio. Great craft beer and food and Burger Theory. I was sorry to have to leave so early the next day for our flight. I would have enjoyed using the facilities longer.

Clean, quiet overall impressed by the hotel the best stopover experience we got slept well

The hotel is clean and a nice set up. I wasn't impressed with the "lack of" amenities offered for the price of the hotel. We're always looking for extras and I don't feel like this hotel offered enough for the price.

Two days spent here to conduct a group training meeting for Worldpac. employees went out of their way to make everything better - they cared and added value to my experience that is irreplaceable!

Hotel is lush & really beautiful. Staff was wonderfully pleasant and upbeat, only wish maid service would actually wait until check out time to see if the room is ready for cleaning, we were awakened by a knock on the door, 2 hours prior to check out. Would have not minded staying longer.

Loved my Stay. Very clean,, friendly staff, and comfy bed and pillows

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was super convenient to both Tempe and downtown Phoenix. The staff was above and beyond helpful. The parking lot and the rooms do feel a little exposed, since it is an open-air hotel with outdoor elevators on a busy street corner. But that's my only complaint!

i have to lose some time on my next stay as my flight is not until 730pm ..so making it easy for a foreign traveller to see the local sites would be good.i guess this is where a consierge would come in handy ?

I loved the modern look of the hotel. The bed was so comfortable. Only down side of this is it is pretty loud. I woke up a ton. But other than that it was good.

Had a wonderful time in Phoenix and surrounding local. Saw two Cactus league games, one in Peoria, one in Scottsdale. Great midway location. Go Giants!

Nice rooms with very comfortable beds and lots of space! The atrium is beautiful with a lovely pool and spa tub, gorgeous plants and trees, plush areas to sit, and fire pits to sit around at night. Very nice!

[...] The managers reception was great as was the breakfast! The only downside was that our bedroom was street side and it was somewhat noisy starting at 4:30am. The location was perfect for getting to the airport on time.

Overall average service except for TV's in room that were in poor working condition.
