No phone, TV Did not work, you have to ask for any kind of service, floor not vacuumed. You literally have to take your towles to the front desk. No iron, they had one but lost it. I bought one and left it in the room with a ironing board. You are welcome!! Desk shuts from 10pm to 6pm I wish I could upload photos. I cleaned up blood or juice that was on the wooden chair. Bathroom super filthy and moldy. Just an overall bad experience.
