This property does not belong on Orbitz!!! This place is a drug den, and where prostitution is more than possible!! I checked in and went to my room and found it to be filthy and smelly. I left the room right away!! Sidewalks, stairs, walls, floors, doors, all were filthy!! The pictures on Orbitz were not even in the hemisphere of what this place really looks like! Very shameful Orbitz, will never trust your site again!! Horrible place!!

This property is very low budget. Had to bring my own toilet paper.

The employee at the front desk was nice but the overall property, rooms are horrible. I felt very unsafe all night. I know Bell and i17 area is a nice area but this place wasn't nice at all.

Very friend staff, that’s the only I liked. You get what you pay for you want cheap that’s spot on, Lobby it’s self is in better condition then the rooms. People were outside using marijuana, the room I stayed in had an odd smell to it, the tv itself anytime you turned it on was at full volume, walls are very thin you can hear the person next to you have a conversation. Room had random light switch that didn’t work, the room and hotel itself could use a remodel. The entry way door frame has previous damage room carpet had random torn out spots. Didn’t feel secure at all, bathroom had someone else’s hair on the tub seemed to lack upkeep. Would not stay at this location agin or recommend. I personally think I was better off staying at a motel six, after seeing the room i changed my reservation to one night and then booked a a days inn, which was 100% better. Agin if you want a cheap hotel this is it. Appliances aren’t taken care of, parking can be a pain. random people walking around the area not sure if they were guests or just some people guests would just go outside the door and smoke and so it was unavoidable. Cameras seemed to only be installed as a scare tactic and not actually in use.

Was on the road driving through AZ when my wife, brother in-law and I had to get a room before our flights out the next day. We booked the room on Orbitz and when we showed up the door to the room had been previously broken into by force and the deadbolt lock was missing. There was a 2 inch hole into the room where the deadbolt used to be. Unexceptable place for my 6-month pregnant wife to stay. The only silver lining to the experience was there front desk woman, Heather S. who was very accommodating in helping us resolve the matter. Thank you Heather!

I would never recommend this property to anyone if I were Orbits decision maker

They need a lot more that fresh paint for renovations. Other than paint, the place is right out of the 80's. The place need a lot of renovations.

Really nice staff. Paper thin walls to the point where even if someone whispers in the next room, you'll still know their secrets.

Not for the faint-of-heart. I needed cheap so I didn't mind the tread bare very minimal amenities; a few holes in the walls. Does have wifi, microwave, TV, frig and laundry room. It's a transient's hotel including families. Working class. Most are very respectful but there were a few very sketch people I tried to stay a way from. Self controlled AC/heating was very good. Some noisy talking & arguments but after 11pm quiet.

Simply stated: do not stay here! I chose this location because of the price, don't fall for it! Spend the extra $10-$20 to stay at another motel. The location and other guests were very questionable and sketchy. There was no peace of mind for the safety of my vehicle or my belongings so I took them with everyday and woke up every few hours to make sure my vehicle was ok. The door to our room wouldn't open and once it did, it would not shut again. Not only that, the rooms were not cleaned daily because we were there for less than 7 days (we stayed for 4) and you had to "trade in" your towels and wash cloths everyday at the office where they gave you extra tissue as well. The bathroom and floors were incredibly dirty! The last day we were there, the power shut off as I was getting in the shower, I had to use my cell phone as a light. I complained about all of this, but I was told that I didn't stay here for a week and there wasn't anything that could be done.

Awful structure with no basic hotel amenities or services.

Run down, and it was a dirty room. Run down, dirty room

Cancel my reservation as soon I enter the room!!! Nasty smell!!!

People live in this hotel bbq setup out side their rooms. Hotels is under heavy remodeling.

Let’s start with I found a spoon with burn marks in the closet, used shampoo in the shower. disgusting waste of money. Left to say the least

Upon my arrival, I was told that they didn't have a room for me even though I had made a reservation (the confirmation was sent to my email with a note "no need to call to reconfirm"). They finally found one last vacant room which I got. The room didn't have a sink, the toilet was filled with stale dirty water, the room seemed to be under construction. I was too tired and too desperate to crash somewhere to sleep as I had driven long hours to Phoenix, it was almost a midnight, so I just spent that night in my car

1st room needed to be cleaned...Doesn't anyone inspect rooms before renting? Had to beg for towels, ran out of toilet tissue,no microwave So many more promises from Orbitz not full filled...Needs changed immediately

Work in progress. Short on towels, toilet paper, microwaves,no maid service the 3 days we were there, door key was a struggle, smoke alarm was hanging so not sure if it worked,no coffee/tea in the lobby...No jacuzzi Most shortcomings were caused by previous owner we were told but attention to detail was lacking. Pulling into the motel needs marked better as ended up back on I 17.
