Great experience, I try to stay there every time I am in Phx, if the price is right. Love the room size and kitchenette. The only thing I would change is that one reason I stay is for the breakfast, but it does not start until 6 am, and often I have to be at work before then. It would be great if they just had a few items out for us to grab before then. Otherwise, I can't think of any other complaints.

really nice staff. they were very pleasant. the rooms were pretty clean. the breakfast place was not crowded

Check in was very smooth with room available upon arrival. Both day and night staffs were helpful, pleasant, and accommodating. A restaurant for night meals would be a nice addition to the other amenities that the property has. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for us.

We had a 2 bedroom suite. It was clean, had 2 baths, 2 queens & a pull-out sofa -- plenty of room for the 5 of us. We were only there one night & chose it because of the proximity to the airport. We were there on a Wed night; they had free meatball subs, chips, salad & beverages from 6:00 to 7:30. I believe they off something like this Mon - Wed. Although we had to go to the airport before the free breakfast officially started, they had fruit, yogurt, bagels, etc already out.

Enjoyed having a suite! The pool is great and the staff awesome!

This hotel was comfortable, clean and located near the airport. My room was spacious and contained amenities such as a fridge, dishware, silverware, drinking glasses and a microwave. A complimentary shuttle took me to dinner as dinner was not served on a Friday. The shuttle picked me up afterward.

Close to airport. Close to highway. Short drive to see hole in the rock or Camelback mountain. A few eating establishments within about a mile radius.

I loved my stay at the hotel! They provide a free shuttle to the airport, the breakfasts are good, my room was nice and clean, the bed was very comfy! My minor suggestions regarding my room are to change the iron(its very old and rusty) and to change the coffemaker(it was broken, couldnt have my coffee :( ) Other than that everything was great! Thanks!

I stay here regularly for work and pleasure. This time was one night for work and the following for pleasure. The staff at check-in is super friendly and they truly seem like they want you to have a great stay. I enjoyed breakfast, which provides a great start to the day. They offer a good variety of breakfast foods and I appreciate the oatmeal and waffles. My sweetie loves waffles.i really like the recent remodels.

Worst experience ever never going to stay here again

We had a great stay at the Residence Inn, Phoenix Airport. All the staff we had contact with were friendly and helpful, starting with the shuttle van driver to desk staff, housekeeping and breakfast room staff. The room was clean, appeared well maintained and the location was great for our day trips to sites in the area. I would certainly recommend this location for others and would be glad to stay here if we travel to Phoenix again.

The rooms are very nice.... clean, spacious, etc. The bed is amazingly comfortable. The air conditioning, however, sounded rather like a jet engine and was a mere 4 feet from the bed. It also turned on and off ever 3-4 minutes, which was really annoying. I was unable to try the breakfast, because I was told they do not serve until 6am, and I was leaving for the airport at 6 am. I was rather annoyed to come to the lobby to wait for my shuttle at 5:50 and see plenty of people having breakfast. Oh well, at least there had been a coffee machine in the room.

The hotel is located on one of the best beaches in Mexico - clean, spacious, with shade (palapas) always available. Service was great , food at the buffet always had a variety of healthy choices. Overall we were very satisfied with everything. If you. are looking for a relaxing vacation, without loud entertainment - this would be a great choice

Whenever we go to the airport we stay the night prior and this hotel is the best. Close, nice comfortable room, great service, free breakfast and parking. What more can you ask for?

Lovely staff and great hotel. Enjoyed breakfast and truly was delighted by service.

Will always look for a Residence Inn for all my future travel accommodations.

Good staff, good location. Didn't like lack of complimentary razor- airline lost luggage & their blade was terrible. $1.60 at the Marketplace for a cheap disposable.

My wife and I enjoy our weekend stay. We enjoyed every part of our stay. Friendly staff and excellent service. Should return soon.

the hotel was a great value, ample selections for complimentary breakfast. Close to airport, free shuttle to a wide variety of restaurants. Large comfortable room. Spacious sink area iron, ironing board, and hairdyrer were very handy.Good size closet one suitcase stand where two would have been nice. Amenities were satisfactory pool, hot tub, access to computer was nice. Overall I would recommend to any traveler

Thank you so much for sharing your experience here at the Residence Inn Phoenix Airport. I would like to apologize for the iron as well as coffee pot as this should have been taken care of prior to your arrival. I have shared your comments with our housekeeping team to ensure we are changing these out as needed. I am glad that everything else was great and hope we can welcome you back the next time you are in the Phoenix area.
