The staff was welcoming & friendly, attentive to needs, answering our questions. Service at deck was prompt, used shuttle to airport. This was a great bonus. The hotel is slightly dated like rooms with carpets. Carpets get smelly & makes rooms musty. Pool older but clean. Lacked any real shade. Asked for umbrella took awhile to get one. They really need to place a permanent shade area. Multiple people came out but rather to hot to sit & enjoy. Overall I’d stay again & recommend this hotel. Kudos to the staff for making us welcomed!!

This place is great. The shuttle service to and from the airport is quick, and the drivers were super friendly. We all loved the breakfast spread and the pool! Every staff member we encountered was knowledgeable and friendly. This is a great option if you are staying near the airport.

Very convenient hotel if you're traveling in or out of Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. In very close proximity to the airport and includes a free 24 hour shuttle to and from the airport. It also includes free breakfast and the staff is super friendly and helpful. With that being said, since it IS very close to the airport, there aren't many places to go within walking distance. There is a waffle house right next to the hotel and a restaurant in the Hilton next door, other than that, I didn't see too much. The hotel could use a little remodeling. It was a bit dirty and there were a few things dented and/or broken in our room. Not a big deal, but just in case you care about stuff like that. Overall it was a great place to stay, since we were flying out super early the next morning. I would recommend it.
