stayed at Studio 6 Deer Valley for about two weeks and overall had a good experience. The location was convenient for getting around the Deer Valley area, and I appreciated having a full kitchenette in the room — it made a long stay much more comfortable and affordable. The staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The property itself is fairly quiet, and I felt safe during my stay, which is important when you’re somewhere for more than just a night or two. Parking was easy, and the extended-stay setup worked well for my needs. The only downsides were that a few rooms in the building had issues with roaches, the vending machines were frequently out of order, and the laundry facilities are pretty expensive at $3.75 per wash and $3.75 per dry. Those are things management could definitely improve. Overall though, for the price and the convenience, it served its purpose well for my two-week stay, and I’d consider staying again if I needed an extended stay option in the area.

The hotel was DISGUSTING. The advertising used corporate photos. It looked decent. Room smelled of marijuana, kitchen had cigarette burns all over the counter, bed linens were dirty, only 1 pillow on each bed that sleeps 4, bathroom was filthy and only had one of each towel and washcloth. Immediately checked out and was charged for one night. The unhoused people in my community live better on the streets than this hotel offers!

I don’t understand why the city allows this motel to operate. My friend and i traveled a long way And stayed one night , and we didn’t sleep at all. It was so creepy. The linens were dirty, the bathroom was unclean and the room smaller like citgarrtes

I arrived around 9:30 pm and there was no one at the front desk. Saw a sign saying be back in a little bit. I waited unit 10:30 pm to check in. The poor front desk girl had to go clean a another guest room due to House keeping not doing their job. I finally got checked in and go to my room well when i opened the door my room was trashed. go back up front to let the front desk know. She had a whole lot of people their so i just told her to give me the cleaning stuff and ill just clean my own room. got back to the front desk to give back the supplies and she tells me to come back in the morning so i can talk to her manager to get compensated. well came back in the morning and i told the manager what had happened and all the manager did was say she was sorry for that. So on top of spending a good amount of money to stay there i had to clean my own room ( I was not going to make the front desk girl do it after already cleaning someone else room) because Housekeeping doesn't know how to do their job and the manager doesn't care about the guest or the employees. I should of been either refunded or compensated

Terrible service and unfriendly staff , beds are so dirty . People outside screaming yelling all hours of the night. Motel room floors were sticky and extremely dirty. Not enough towels for a 2 day stay . I would never ever stay here again or recommend to anyone. The pictures make it look nice online and clean and well put together and it was complete opposite that. Bugs in rooms . Extremely dissatisfied with the overall stay.
