Parking & Arrival: Guests have exclusive use of the driveway with space for up to two cars. If you’re using a ride-share service (Uber, Lyft, or Waivo), drivers can easily find the house since it’s on a corner lot along Grand Ave 🚗

• Please Note: The Phoenix Union Station railroad is located just across the street on Grand Ave. Trains pass by frequently, which adds a bit of local character to the area.

• Refrigerator waterline is disconnected at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience but there is a water dispenser in the kitchen to enjoy cold H2O

• Due to the Phoenix extreme heat, the indoor and outdoor fireplace will not be in use during this time

• Lost and found: $50 handling fee for items left behind plus shipping cost within 7 days of your check out

• For the comfort of all guests, "No cats or dogs are allowed to provide an allergen-free space for guest who may have life-threatening allergies
