Rooms dirty floors had toenails on them not cleaned at all bathroom had mildew on tile grout fan was so noisy and is so clogged with dirt it was un effective paint peeling shower had no pressure and was leaking I bought the package through Orbitz and they tried to charge me extra for parking I complained about it they said they would refund me but never got an email stating the refund. Coffee shop is posted opens at 6 no one was there many days till after 7 furniture was in rough shape old and peeling very limited no water available unless you go to water machine by ice machine and that is so disgusting and hasn't been cleaned or serviced in months the nozzles are so dirty. Overall I would never stay there again. Forget about no security and people coming in making very loud outbursts at 2 3 Up to 530 in the morning. i would not recommend this place if you want a good experience I will be staying across the street next year at the Hilton

This is false advertising. Property does not match the photos. Everything is dirty and dated. The room did not match the photo at all! I did not have a desk in my room. Bathroom had no electricity. I came in from a 22 hr flight, past midnight and stayed the night and checked myself into another hotel the following day. Front desk raised no issue and said I would get a refund from Expedia/Orbitz because the property would not charge me for the nights I didn’t stay and they printed me an invoice for the one night only. Now Orbitz is telling me I would not be given a refund. If you want to have a horrible time, book this hotel.

It had the main necessities, bathroom and bed. No complaints but there was no real lounging area and no clear sign for breakfast or dinner. Also not many restaurants near the property to eat at after 5pm. It was a simple stay.

This property is highly misrepresented. Pictures show a nice property and rooms. The bathrooms are old, doors have huge gaps, light comes through and its extremely noisy. Linens are trash. I tried to use provided lotion and water squirted out of it. This property is similar toba motel 6 that 40 years old. For $80.00- $120 a night it would be fine. I would never stay here again. Front desk checkin attendant was very un welcoming.

Will Not Stay Again

The entrance to the grounds looked amazing, which was deceiving. I stayed only one night as it was too late to change hotels with a child who needed to sleep. Bed sheets made us sweat excessively., felt very plastic like. The shower leaked. Toilet clogged without any content. Overall the place mentioned being remodeled, but also appeared to be cheap work. Door knob on the bedroom was coming off. They also did not have a crib available and I had to go and buy one at a local Target. The front desk said, "We have never been asked this before. We don't have any". Well, when I asked a friend (originally from Phoenix) about this particular hotel and I explained my experience, their response was, "Well, I could have told you that". Honestly, I should have listened to some of the other bad reviews. Here is my reminder to you as well, please listen to mine. (PS. Some people may not mind any of my concerns, and that is ok).

The pictures make this look new and modern. It’s all show. It’s an older motel. It looks like it had some paint slapped on it and some new furniture put in some years ago, and it’s starting to all wear out. My bathroom shower had a fan right above the shower head. Unfortunately the shower head had a crack in it and water was spraying directly into the fan. Had to cover it with a washcloth. I did tell the housekeeping crew. Hopefully something gets done.

Easy access and parking. In need of renovation : the drzin in the bathtub was wide open, allowing scim and hzir to float back up. Tub needs reglazed. Some electrical outlets fid not work by the bed. Room 2107 Dining facilities very limited

The room was clean but a bit on the older side. I enjoyed the patio and the nearby amenities. It's located in a convenient location near lots of shopping. There's a fee of $15 for parking per day, which isn't disclosed upfront but I knew about because of reviews I read. They should make it a point to be clear up front about additional fees. Other than that, my stay was excellent.
