The best part of the Embassy Suite is its location. It is located near the exit of I-60 making it very easy access to the area. And its full breakfast is not to be missed. Having said that, the property is rather old. And its layout is more like a motel than typical Embassy Suite. It did have some upgrades such as USB charging by the night stand and table lamp. I am still giving it a high rating because of its relatively low price.
It was very hot in room with AC running the entire time, it never got below 78
I missed the gentleman's name when he checked us in and checked is out. But his register ID is DABAO. Very kind and patient!!!
The staff were great, the room was average. Beds were quite uncomfortable and pillows were like pieces of cloth with a few cotton balls in them. Water pressure in the shower wasnt great and they only gave us 2 towels in a suite booked for 5 people. There was no cleaning service in the 3 days we stayed there so trash piled up and we ended up taking it out ourselves.
love the breakfast & evening reception.
Great location, Mary Ann at the front desk was inviting helpful and accommodating. Short staffed bar and evening restaurant. Laundry room unbearably hot. Having to reserve housekeeping everyday for the next day and housekeeping coming at 5pm is all very inconvenient. Condition of the parking lot surface is terrible. Telephones in suites are old and gross looking. Bedding was great! Room was dark.
The toilet was to low and wobbly needed to be replaced for a taller toilet not a kindergarten kid one. And shower facets need replaced
The whole reason I booked this hotel was so the kids and i could enjoy the jacuzzi. I planned this visit a month ago. The first thing I asked was , "The jacuzzi is up and running right?" Guess what? It was out of order 😡
After arriving from the airport we was told by the front that we needed to come back after 4pm to check in because they was behind on cleaning. The staff front desk staff is not the friendliest. The property is so outdated and needs a complete overhaul. There is complementary breakfast and nightly complementary wine/beer. The property is close to a lot of restaurants, stores, and the AZ Mills mall, which is nice. However, there are a lot of homeless people and/or people on drugs in this area as well.
I really enjoyed the breakfast every morning. They had a wide variety of food and drinks. I also enjoyed the happy hour.
Everything ease clean and kept staff was great. Pool wase clean and maintained. Friends and I had a great time.
It was never quite you could hear everything . Kids and adults running up and down until 4am . Beds are so uncomfortable and bath tub was slippery .
Ive been coming to this embassy suites for years with my family and this time pool was super dirty, room smelled like smoke( it was a non smoking room), and breakfast wasn't the same. Otherwise I love the area and will still come to stay here.
Air conditioning not functioning properly,80 degrees in room. Not repaired until last day after daily requests and told no other rooms available. No housekeeping service until the last day of our stay.
