Rather outdated. They cater to large sports groups of teenagers. Felt like a dorm and breakfast was a bust with so many kids running rampant.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. 10-12 minute drive from mill avenue dining/shopping. Good breakfast buffet. Not huge but multiple hot items with cereal muffins and bagels as well. Convienent store next door for food and drinks. Room has mini fridge and microwave. Tempe marketplace also 12 minute drive. Very close to airport

The location was unbeatable, the staff friendly and the room was comfortable enough, the only "bad side" was the breakfast, the amount of eggs was minimal, everybody had to wait to get them

Excellent stay with comfort and great location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed two nights at SpringHill Suites Tempe at Arizona Mills Mall, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel is located in a convenient and quiet area surrounded by shops and restaurants, with easy access to main roads. Parking was spacious and well-marked, and check-in was quick and friendly. Our King Suite was roomy, clean, and very comfortable — featuring a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and a smart TV. The bed was great, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the soundproofing kept the room peaceful. Breakfast in the lobby each morning offered a solid variety with fresh coffee, fruit, and hot items. The staff members were polite, professional, and attentive. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool area, which was clean and nicely designed, perfect for relaxing in the Arizona sun. There’s also a small fitness center and ice machines available on every floor — very convenient for longer stays. Overall, this property felt well-maintained and secure, delivering great value for the price. I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Tempe or the Phoenix area.

Staffs are very nice, friendly and accommodating. Provides decent service and breakfast in the morning. They had laundry room, which was prefect for us with kids. Gym was great. The only thing I would say is that they probably need to upgrade certain things in the room, sofa and couch had stains that need replacing and carpet could get some cleaning, but everything else was good in the room, beds were clean and comfortable, couple of TVs, fridge, microwave table with chair, coffee maker, hairdryer, Ironing table with little closet to hang your clothes, good size drawer under TV for you stuff, we stayed in double queen bed with sofa that had bed under, you pull it out. Room sleeps up to 6 people. Overall was a great experience, we were happy with everything. Thank you!

The Cook was rude and not very personable, we asked for extra pillows and a blanket for pull out, never came, had to go to desk to get them, very nice desk personnel, Very clean but could use some updating

Room had several damages - spots on the couch, yellow spots on white bedspread, the tub was so discolored that I bought a rubber mat from Walmart to put on the bottom of the tub before I took a shower in it. I would never recommend this hotel and I would never stay there again and I’m starting to question Springhill suites/Marriott properties overall based on this experience. In addition,The pool area was basically dirty. I don’t know if the garbage had not been removed, but it smelled like garbage in the sitting area that had a covering over it where you’re supposed to be able to sit in the shade.

The rooms are not clean or updated. We asked to be moved due to stains on the pullout and rust all around the tub. The pullout was an unacceptable “cot mattress” on hard wood. It was not suitable for sleeping at all. The surrounding area was unsafe and there were lots of shady individuals loitering around the property,

Please wash the floors and dehumidify the rooms, it was so humid the rooms were sticky and the floor I had my clothes on made my clothes smell like pee
