Great spot

Great location close to Mill Ave, restaurants and Tempe Town Lake. Nice view out of our window! Bed/linens were 5 star. Very nice kitchen. The room was beautifully decorated and looked lovely, but I was so dismayed when we went to put the baby to bed and the bottoms of her feet were quite literally black from toddling around in bare feet for an hour. Ew! I almost took a picture of it in horror. I wiped it off with a white wash cloth which was then thoroughly smudged in black. Must have been the carpet because the tile floor seemed clean enough. Once that sort of thing happens, you begin to look around more critically. I hate to say it, but the breakfast area cleanliness was sub par, with smeared chair backs and tables at 8am of the breakfast shift. There was a nice variety of food choices available at the breakfast buffet, but the staff was unable to keep things filled and one waffle machine for a crowd of that size was definitely inadequate. Finally, we were disappointed with the pool. The pool area was very pretty with a fantastic view all around. The pool was too small for a hotel of that size. It fit about one family at a time, if the family was large. I wish it were a better report for such a well-located, attractive hotel. Staff was nice.

Awesome location. Centrally located for attending the graduation of family member.

Very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very good.

Great staff, great location, great room, awesome stay.

From check in to check out my experience was great. The entire stay was great. Will stay again. Highly recommend this property.

The room was very nice and spacious with a separate bedroom to the living room with a pullout couch. We had plenty of room for 3 of us to sleep and 6 of us to hang out in. The rooftop pool was a great place to hang out and escape the heat. The breakfast in the morning was pretty well done. There is a good selection of beverages to buy from right next to reception. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. We coordinated a shuttle to the airport and they were very accommodating. Overall we had a great stay at the Residence Inn.

Very nice room. Well decorated. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Close to downtown Tempe & across from Light Rail. Convenient to travel to PHX.

It was a good experience. Breakfast was better than other hotels. The internet is free but you most likely have to pay for the upgrade to watch streamed material off your laptop. I would stay here again.

The hotel was clean, nice and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was better then expected. Overall good accommodation for the price.

I liked the comfort of the rooms and the breakfast.

i chose this hotel because it was within easy walking distance of my daughter's apartment. The staff at this hotel was very good, especially the front desk staff. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable lobby area where we were able to spread out and play board games as a family. Only two minor complaints - I thought my key had died but the door to the room had a glitch forcing you to turn the handle upwards to get in, which was not a big issue once it was explained. Also, it was a bit odd to have the maids tapping on the door at 8 a.m. to ask if we wanted service. Some of us were still abed at that early hour. All in all, we would stay there again.
