One of the best hotel stays as a frequent traveller. Kind and courteous staff, clean everywhere you go, go variety for the complementary breakfast bar especially the cereals. When I go back to Tempe, this will be where I'll stay!

I have never stayed at a hotel this bad. On the first day, the front desk hadn’t set up parking access, so the next morning when I tried to leave, I was blocked and had to go back to the front desk to sort it out. My room wasn’t cleaned when requested, the bathroom faucet dripped all night, and the TV remote had no batteries. On check-in, the front desk staff were cold and unhelpful the entire time. The management is chaotic, and the service is terrible.

The motel was excellent. I have not stayed here before, and I will probably try to stay again. I have to say, however, that I'm extremely disappointed with Expedia as I was over-charged for the one- night stay at this motel. I was quoted a lesser price at the motel itself compared to what I actually ended up paying to Expedia?!! I'm upset with Expedia because I assumed the prices would be lower going through a 2nd party, but apparently I was very wrong! I do not think I will be using Expedia anymore!
