Great location across from ASU. Great restaurants are within walking distance. The front desk staff was helpful. The rooms are clean. The only downside is no on-site parking. They do have a garage you can park in but it’s $16 a day to use it. Unfortunately my rental was a 3/4ton truck so navigating a parking garage was cumbersome but manageable.

Love the property. It has a pool, rooftop bar, and great breakfast. My only conplaint was having to pay for parking in the parking garage.

A superb place to stay when events are straight across the street. Everything was perfect until we started to leave and were struggling with the luggage cart at the door and a male staff member standing at door said “either in or out, we do t care which”. Didn’t offer to help but was just rude.

Wonderful hotel stay

Mine and my boyfriends stay was amazing the room was clean and organzied , the shower had plenty of hot water , the free breakfast was also amazing you were able to have eggs sausage french toast bagels cereal and more
