Bedsheets were dirty, bathtub disgusting water would not turn off, dead bugs in the room. When reported to office they said nothing could be done for the water running constantly. Gym has broken equipment and no AC Refuse to refund my three night stay said it was their policy for no refunds. So I left early and still paid for the room..

Alondra, certainly went the extra mile in helping my friend and I when we arrived. She could tell we were tired and assisted us, made us feel special 😊 The hotel itself is very dirty. I would not recommend. The shower/tub was filthy and had to stand in ankle deep water when showering. I wore socks because I didn’t trust the cleanliness of the floor and I was right. They were black-very black on the bottom when I took them off. Door jams were splintered and all around nasty stay. Very disappointing 😥
