It's hotel price for motel quality. This hotel is rundown and old and there are indications that work is being done on it but who knows?! We needed to change one of the rooms we booked twice because the rooms smelled like smoke. The front desk lady looked at us, incredulous, and said "this is a non smoking facility", when at the same time someone was smoking right out the front door AND one of the downstairs hallway clearly smelled like weed. Broken things all over the hotel... I mean, it's a place to sleep and all but don't expect much from this place, unfortunately.
It was a easy and convenient area
I only stayed one night, but room was clean and inviting and the breakfast was convenient and decent (especially for a hotel continental breakfast). I certainly wouldn’t mind staying there longer if I were to return to Phoenix.
Excellent hotel at a relatively good price compared to hotels of this standard around the city of Phoenix. I will use this hotel each time I visit Phoenix
Property was in need of renovation. Part of the hotel was closed and possibly being renovated. The air conditioner was old and did not work properly. When we woke in the morning the carpet was wet in front of the refrigerator frrom some sort of leak. Definitely not the 4 rating we saw on the website prior to booking.
It met our needs- safe clean place to stay near the airport. The rooms and pool are slightly run down but the beds are very clean and comfortable and friendly staff. I’d stay again.
