I wish I had never stayed at this hotel. I paid in full with my debit card and left a $150 deposit on my credit card, but then suspicious activity started showing up on my accounts. Because of this, I ended up having to close my checking account, which left me with no money to really spend on my vacation. On top of that, for three nights in a row at 3 a.m., they tried charging my credit card a total of $420.33. When I called the front desk, the woman acted like it wasn’t a big deal. Only after I threatened to block my card did the charges finally stop. The problems didn’t end there. When we checked into our studio suite, the kitchen dishes and silverware were filthy, covered in food. We stayed for five days, and when we asked for basic cleaning—just the bed and towels—we were told they only clean rooms once every seven days. That meant we had to change our own bedding and grab our own towels. This hotel ruined my vacation. Not only did they try to take money after I had already paid, but they also failed to provide even the most basic cleanliness and service. Do not stay here

The room standard was ok but on 3 out of 4 days I had no hot water, this is not good enough, I did report the matter but did not complain as I will never be bask to grace this establishment, It is sad to let such a nice property fall apart

The room was very clean and we loved the layout. The bed and bedding were exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the property was gorgeous. Our room was right off the street so there was lots of street noises, which was the only negative. Also, bigger TV's in the rooms would be nice too
