We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed for 2 nights. The staff is very professional. The breakfast is very tasty. The property and room is clean. We will definitely be back. The room was bigger than most.

Needed a place stay with 2 bedrooms. Upon arrival notice that the grounds were well groomed. At the front desk, was greeted by CeeCee (Cecilia) and Delina who made me feel welcomed! Needed a place to eat for some good food. Thank you Audrey for that. The next day spoke to Rachelle who was so pleasant to speak to. Because of these ladies I will return. The hotel is scheduled to have renovations soon, then I will give them 5 stars.

We stayed here for one night and it was ok. A bit run down and the hallway after the folks across the hall hauled up all their shopping bags (3 or 4 luggage carts full) the hall was a mess and remained that way from 4PM till at least 7am. The room was clean and all amenities worked. however having ONE coffee packet for the two of us to share one cup of coffee in the morning was a bit crazy. I noticed this when we checked in during the afternoon and asked the front desk for 3 more. Breakfast was ok again nothing special and again the breakfast room was a mess by 8 am and no clean up till after 10 am. Food and debris was everywhere. The shuttle was also almost a half hour late making it a bit of a rush for us at the airport for our international flight. I am not sure we would stay here again. BOb K

We got the 2 bedroom suite for a great price! The beds were comfortable, we had our own kitchenette. The staff was very friendly. We had paid the extra fee for free breakfast in the morning, I would advise to just go to starbucks or somewhere else. While they had nice chaffing dishes to keep foods warm, they just seemed very rubbery and not enjoyable.

I stayed here a total of 2 nights and it was absolute madness. You have to keep in mind people live out of these little suites. My room was next to someone who owned 3 dogs. When you walk into hotel portion it smells God Awful! The hallway always smelled like dog poop. Size of the room was nice but things were a bit outdated. Could hear people going in and out of there rooms all night. Front desk acts like they don't want to help you when you have questions.

My wife, daughter, niece, and sister in law stayed there last night. It was all good, except that everyone had to take cold showers and baths. They had the 2 bedroom suite. Maybe there's a separate hot water for the suite, and that's why there wasn't enough hot water in the morning? Expected better from a Marriott property. Other than that it was fine.

We spent New Years weekend at this location. We were in town for the Fiesta Bowl. First night was fine, but the next morning the cleaning crew was more like a wrecking crew in the next room. When we poked our head out of the door to see what was going on, we saw that they had cleaned the carpets and had fans going. Most of the day we spent at the Fiesta Bowl activities and then went to dinner. We did not get back to the hotel until close to midnight. At 4a the fire alarm went off. We were outside for an hour. Evidently someone's pillow had caught fire in a room down the hall. We packed up and left. The manager never showed up to help the security guard or front desk clerk. We were told she would call us to discuss what adjustment would be made to our room rate. No call after 24 hours. I called and she was in a meeting but would call after. Still no callback. Rooms were so-so, only booked here because of the two room option. Would not recommend! Only a few blocks from a really bad area of town.

So we stayed here 4 days over Thanksgiving, and while there were good things, there were also bad things that need to be worked on. So the good things first. The room itself was great. A little on the small side, but nothing we couldn't work with. Kitchen area was fantastic and the room was clean and fresh upon arrival. The staff up front upon arrival were very friendly as well. The TV had great channels and the bathroom was nice. The bed was decent and the sitting areas were great. Now for the cons... The cons had more to do with people than anything and is not too much the fault of the hotel itself, but I feel like the handling of these situations is what really needs to be worked on. The first night we got there, we just wanted to relax. Around about 7pm, we hear someone SPRINTING down the hallway. They were running so loudly that we thought someone had knocked on our door. We waited for a second and heard it again. We went out to see what it was, but they were already gone. Fastforward to about 10pm, same sound. Only this time it went on and on and on. So finally we waited by the door, and opened it when we heard it. This little girl decided that she needed to test out how fast she could run to the end of the hallway and back multiple times. Her parents didn't obviously think it was an issue either as they were just chilling in their room screaming at the TV (you could hear it down the hall). We asked the girl to please stop running as it is very disruptive and she said NO and sprinted back to her parents room and slammed the door. We called the front desk and advised them of it, and they said okay and they will take care of it. Okay cool. Well flash forward to 6am. Guess what we hear? Supergirl sprinting down the hallway over and over. We even heard another person yell at her down the hallway. My boyfriend called up to the front desk and said that if it wasn't taken care immediately, he wanted to be moved to a different floor. Finally, someone went up there and I think talked to the parents. Come to find out, two more people had called the front desk about it too before we did. They were talking about it in the parking lot and we overheard. We told them we had called a few times too and they said that she was doing it the day before we got here too and nothing was done about it. Unacceptable. The next day, a large family gathering decided to manifest itself in the courtyard at 11pm. They were basically shouting at each other and we could hear every syllable cause they were right below our window. We heard our neighbor yell out his window for them to please be quiet and they just called him a name and laughed about it. We had to call the front desk 3 times for the problem to be resolved which is beyond ridiculous. It was about 1am before we were finally able to go to sleep. There was also multiple times that the elevator reeked of weed to the point where it literally seemed like someone JUST smoked in there and got out before you got in. I don't know how the employees didn't notice this. Anyone who got in the elevator commented on this. Again, it's not a mark against the aesthetics of the hotel or anything, but the hotel can't let its guests run amok like that. Multiple people shouldn't have to keep calling multiple times for a situation to be resolved. I don't know if this is a training issue or what, but it needs to be fixed or this hotel will just continue to go down hill.

Had two weeks of good experience. Room is set up very beautifully, with little kitchen & all gadgets so that cooking is done. When i am back to my room in the evening, its all dusted & made it clean. The staff over here is too helpful. Time puncutality is there. EVen the Shuttle drivers were too good & cooperative. Enjoyed each & every day at the hotel. If I ever visit again, this would be my choice... All the best team you all are doing too good....

The hotel rooms & prices were fair, especially since rooms were large & with a full kitchen. $96 total with AAA single queen bed during their busy November season. However, everything else is a downgrade from here. Windows are cheap, single paned, so you can hear everything outdoors ;( shower is small, slippery, & uncomfortable. Pool was closed, but didn't matter, pool is tiny & old & not private at all. Guests were sketchy acting & looking, as was the location as well. When I booked, They only had single room with queen bed . Queen bed is too small for a couple & pillows were uncomfortable. I'm still on search for an cheaply priced , new or upgraded hotel, safe & welcoming Arizona hotel in the Phoenix areas...
