Wonderful staff— from check-in, friendly housekeeping and really nice lady taking care of breakfast. Older building— but clean and looks like effort is being made to keep it up. A safe enough area— so a good value.

This was a nice place. It suits the name, “Sleep Inn”. It was quiet. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We requested an additional 30 mins before checking out and they allowed us. They served a decent breakfast. We will stay at the Sleep Inn again.

We stayed here a week and I had to ask on the 3rd day for more towels (clean ones). On the 4th day I ask for our trash to be emptied and a when we were going to get clean sheets, towels, etc. I was told by the front desk they would make a note for the request...really? We came back to our room late evening on the 4th day towels we laying on the table, trash hadbeen emptied, but no plastic bags were replaced and no vlean sheets. Very disappointing visit. Oh, and the complimentary breakfast is terrible!

We have stayed here about twice a year for a few years. One when they evacuated the hotel for a few hours due to smoke. We sat in our truck in pajamas with no where to go. Not so much as an apology— discount or nothing. This trip for three nights we paid the extra few dollars so that we could pay at the hotel on arrival. Three days early- while we still had time to cancel if we wanted— they took the money out!!! Why?!? It really didn’t matter to us— but what if we were getting paid just before the trip— or wanted to use a different card when we arrived??? The hotel is convenient to the family we visit— but we will not be back.

Good for what it was a value hotel in a convenient area. Nothing fancy. Little noise from neighbors up above but overall quite property.

Our third stay at Sleep-inn I-17 this month— every night a different room— and all had issues with the tv reception!! First room had to get up and change volume and on/off with switches on the back of the tv. Second night— had to get up and point remote at the cable box on the backside of tv to change channel. Third trip remote was hit and miss— so just turned tv off and used our phone to watch YoutubeTV. Very frustrating!! We are retired and travel a lot for leisure. We use SleepInn Phoenix because it is just blocks from Phoenix family— but have already made our next reservation at Holiday Inn. If you don’t enjoy watching tv in the evening— nice hotel for the price.

We love this little hotel— but if you are super picky— don’t stay here. We first stayed at this hotel because it was just blocks from family. We have stayed twice since— and will be staying there for one night next week. On this stay we had been on vacation for 17 days, and spent our last two nights in Phoenix to see family. All other nights of the trip we stayed at Holiday Inns for at least double the price of this Sleeps Inn. What we like— cheap, rooms clean and comfortable. Like really clean. What might concern others— hallways carpets need to be replaced, breakfast not as good as many hotels(but okay if you just want just bagels or cold cereal and such) bathroom is sink in room, with small toilet/shower area. Our first night the AC just didn’t seem as cold as we expected— but they were happy to switch us to a different room which was super cold. Duvet had a hole in it— but duvet cover hid it. If some money was put into common areas— would be perfect.

Bed was comfortable , free breakfast was good had a large selection

Economic, clean, sufficient for a good night's sleep

Side door was broken so had to lug all luggage through front. Room smelled like mildew, room phone did not work. House keeping did not come for 2 days. Breakfast was decent and breakfast employee was very nice.

Staff was awesome. Front desk clerk personally took care of my TV problem. Breakfast attendant was helpful. Only thing that made my stay difficult was side entrance was not working so I had to walk a distance from the parking lot to the front entrance

I STAYED THERE 5 DAYS THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY , FOOD WAS GOOD WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN ! PRICE WAS VERY GOOD .

The price was very reasonable. I like the fact that it had a refrigerator and a microwave. The free breakfast was a nice touch. The air conditioner in the room was too loud.
