Loved the walking/running trails near this hotel. Felt very safe and comfortable on them.

Horrible customer service, musty room, closed hot tub without notifying when I called prior to booking, noisy rooms, windows don’t open in bedroom for fresh air, disgusting breakfast & overall a very poor stay. We ended up canceling the rest of our stay after one night.

Good location, pleasant staff, good value for the facilties

Since it was COVID it was a lot of changes. No hot buffet breakfast it was bagged breakfast each money and nothing spectacular. Happy hour was very limited only 2 wines, 3 beers and juice. No housekeeping service had to ask front desks for towels and wash clothes. Also have to sign up to go to the pool they had different time slots. They also started charging for parking $9 a day. If it wasn’t COVID the stay would’ve been more enjoyable

Location... didn't like that you only got one hour and a half to swim

I know there were restrictions with the Covid situation, but I wish they could have had even a limited breakfast menu to take to our room or the patio.

Great breakfast. Clean rooms and service staff friendly

I enjoyed the outside hot tub, even though it was cold outside, it was good and hot, a lovely way to start the day. Room furnishings seemed a bit old and drab for a hotel that was supposed to be newly refurbished. There was no coffee station in the lobby, so you couldn't have a cup early. Breakfast was very tasty, but really crowded. Friendly front desk staff.

Welcoming staff , friendly clean rooms . The hotel was centrally located in Scottsdale . Easy access to expressways and great shopping nearby

The property is well kept up and nice. The happy hour reception was good and the bartenders were nice. The only downside was we never had enough washcloths in our room and it was booked for 3 people not 2 .

Awesome breakfast! and Happy hour!!! Free drinks!!! Awesome!!

The 2 hour managers drink hours from 5:30-7:30 is the best.

Very clean rooms and a great location. The free breakfast that you’re used to with an Embassy Suites was great as always. I will definitely stay there again!

Friendly, relaxed atmosphere in lobby and restaurant. Lovely breakfast.

Cooked to order breakfast is a delight. Dining room food was good. Didn’t need to leave property.

Overall stay was good. Only disappointment was that the bed linens were never changed during my 3-day stay.

We are Hilton members. Love your Brand!!!!! We use all hotels based on our needs. This Embassy is the Best we have ever s

I am so sorry that you had a horrible stay. I am a little confused as you stated that we have closed the hot tub prior to your booking, as the hot tub has been closed since the end of March. Did you inform anyone about your concerns prior to making this online post? We thank you again for your comments and we will share your comments with the staff. Thank you again for staying with us and have a wonderful day.

We are sorry to hear that COVID hindered your stay. I am truly sorry your stay is not what you wanted as we navigate through the restrictions set forth by our county. I can assure you that this is not a light subject and is difficult for the hotel to implement and keep guests safe. We hope you do come see us again.
