especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast, and happy hour offers. They made it more enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay here and felt like everything was as expected, except the breakfast. It was surprisingly excellent! Way better than a Hampton Inn continental breakfast, eg. Made to order omelettes, granola, oatmeal, fruit that was actually ripe, toasts of all kinds, tea, etc. We really loved our stay. Nice morning run by the golf course as well. Overall great hotel.

Great location and amenities will stay again when visiting Phoenix

We had a ok experience, My husband had allergiu issues

Best breakfast. Great views. Spacious rooms..has a separate living room. Fun, free, daily happy hours. Nice pool and large hot tub.

We had a excellent stay at the Embassy Suites. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities. The staff was helpful and the buffet breakfast was excellent. There was plenty of space to sit around the outdoor pool and the views of the golf course and mountains was terrific. We would highly recommend the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel in Phoenix, since my daughter had a soccer tournament in Phoenix. We chose this hotel based on location and where pleasantly surprised at how nice the location was. Would definitely stay again.

I try to book with Embassy Suites as often as possible for personal travel...and this particular one in Scottsdale was just ok. It didn't really live up to the reputation and quality of other ES's I've stayed in. The location was ok. We were on vacation and weren't looking for any particular location. The breakfast was great was usual and expected by Embassy Suites. However, I was disappointed in our room. I had asked for the highest floor (6th floor) which was granted. We were placed in 6048. As we turned the corner into that wing, I noticed a strong cigarette smell. It wasn't extremely strong in the room itself, but enough that I was a little bothered by it. I decided not to say anything because the room itself was clean enough (although starting to show signs of age), and also because I knew we were not going to spend a lot of time in the hotel. In addition, there was a convention going on this particular weekend and a sports team was in town so it was obvious that the hotel was booked near capacity. I didn't want to be a difficult customer. By the last night, though, the cigarette smell in the hallway seemed to be stronger than ever. And I finally noticed that the smoke detectors in the hallway were covered up. A little concerned, I asked the clerk if we had inadvertently been placed in a smoking room. He told us, no...but that we were right next to the smoking rooms. Since it was our last night and we were extremely tired from traveling, I decided not to request to be moved. However, I was a little peeved that they had placed us next to the smoking section without even notifying us. I've NEVER stayed in a hotel that smelled so strong of cigarette. Overall, it was OK. Would I stay here again the next time I'm in Scottsdale? Probably not. I think I would try another Embassy Suites (like the one next to the Biltmore Shopping area), or a different hotel altogether. There are too many hotels in this area to choose from that I will likely not stay here again.

Our first time in Scottsdale. We had an enjoyable stay.

Hotel exceeded our expectations. Very clean, well laid out suite. Friendly staff, great location, very nice breakfast. Will plan to return.

The hotel was packed but staff worked overtime to keep everything moving smoothly. The rooms were very large - not expected as web photos made them appear crowded. Only negatives were older but clean furniture that was also not comfortible. That is a common thing we have found in the suites hotels. Also WiFi was pay only in your room as you have to reserve through the Hilton site and be a member to get it as a part of the room rate. Bed was excellent and the breakfast was outstanding. Overall an excellent stay.

We have been traveling from MN to the Phoenix area for many years now. Because we no longer have family there to stay with, we go to a hotel. Three years ago is the first time we stayed at the Embassy Suites in Scottsdale and we have gone back there each time since. Between the location (super close to shopping/eating), the view of the golf course and mountains, helpful staff and having a separate bedroom, it has been the ideal place for us and would recommend it to anyone. The breakfast and happy hour are definite perks too!

I have stayed at Embassy Suites in the past and was happy with their service, but this hotel left a lot to be desired. As I arrived at the hotel at 10:00 pm at night. The front desk clerk informed me that the entire reason I chose this hotel (i.e they have smoking rooms) was for naught. Without informing me, and they had two months to do so, they had no smoking rooms available. We were given a premium room with complimentary snacks and told that we could be moved to a smoking room in two days as they were being remodeled. So needless to say in the Arizona 103 the degree temps even at midnight is was not exactly convenient to go outside to smoke. Then when the rooms that were supposedly being remodeled became available the complimentary snacks ceased and t was the room they moved us to had so many cigarette burns in the carpet, it was clear that nothing had been remodeled in this room. The curtain was push pinned to the wall so if you moved it the pin came out. The TV in bedroom was not plugged in and trouble shooting that took awhile. Went down for the cook to order breakfast only to find out that only two items are cooked to order, NO French Toast. And I wasn't sure I was going to make it out of the dining room with my shoe still on and the floor was soooo sticky it was gross. For a 3 star hotel, I have stayed in nicer Motel 6's. Housekeeping staff was good and friendly. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. And will NEVER stay there again.

This hotel has a gorgeous landscape and nice quaint pool. The breakfast was excellent and reception added fun excitement for the evenings if you want to stay in. I'd definitely recommend this place to families or singles!

We had a great time, my son loved the pool. The breakfast was great. The room was very clean, will be going back soon.

Embassy suites in phoenix/scottsdale is a great place to stay with the family. Rooms are large and comfortable, having breakfast and happy hour is plus. Your rate is always a good value.

excellent hotel great for families! Would stay everytime!

Next door to Paradise Mall. YEA!!. The free breakfast and evening snacks were wonderful.

Loved my stay! Nice pool overlooking golf course. Great complimentary breakfast, which includes omelettes, and who doesn't love the free happy hour every night! I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great hotel! The rooms are very clean, the beds comfortable, and the amenities - oh those amenities!!! They have a 5:30 - 6:30 open-bar type Happy Hour. The pool and jacuzzi are open until 11:00 p.m. There is a complimentary full breakfast with eggs made to your liking. It's on a golf course so guests are allowed to play at a discounted rate. There was so much to do that we had a terrific time just hanging around the hotel! Very highly recommended.
