Beautiful resort. Due to COVID our experience was ALOT different. Rooms were clean only per request. Only the Tavern was opened. All the restaurants in Arizona had limited hours, so had to check to make sure they were even opened before driving there. Spa was Only Opened Thur-Sun, And they were fully booked. Resort was beautiful. High end lotion/shampoo/conditioner was provided, and the spell was AMAZING!!!

I love the new renovations of the property. It's beautiful , the only negative is the shower in the 1 bedroom casita, it's very small!

The property is special because of the people that work there. They have been trained from top to bottom. Friendly and courteous. The Phoenician is in a beautiful location under the Camelback Mountain. Gorgeous.

Me and my wife flew in for a short weekend Every single restaurant we ate at was wonderful. The servers were extremely nice Will definitely be returning.

Cleanness, hosts. Resort is very beautiful and hosts are friendly and very helpful. The only thing we were hoping to have more places to eat. More casual restaurants and eating places with more reasonable prices would help, since hotel is far from all the city shops and not easy to have access to them.

This is a wonderful place to stay but the check-in staff are always rude. Otherwise, the staff is very kind and responsive.

Very large , beautiful resort. Must ask about room views ( mountain, pool, Parking lot! ) Asked to be close to pool , very helpful. Also must ask for a refrigerator , they do not mention it. If you are not on a budget fine , but food is expensive . We just bought breakfast essentials , yogurt, fruit & bread & they have coffee & tea Kerig in the room. Food by pool is very good. Did not try the only restaurant that was open . We had rented car and explored the area restaurants. The hotel has 3 huge pools ( plus a great children’s area with a Slide!) But they have a lot of “rules” Half the area by the pools are reserved , meaning extra $$ . But there is so much room it won’t effect you. The pools are amazing ! Staff is very helpful too. Also sign says pool closes at 5:30 , but staff says it open all night . The staff just has to leave , but again they don’ make that clear. It’s so hot , you might not want to leave at 5:30. One thing they can correct , they play loud “ Muzak” through out the pool areas , speakers everywhere. If they would just lower it , trying to rest or listen to your own music is hard. We asked a pool staff to lower it , he was so helpful & went above & beyond... long story but he lowered the 1 speaker near us . The rest of the days we threw a towel over it .. lol. Oh I forgot the huge Athletic Club it was great !! The rooms are big & comfortable. Get out & walk around resort , lots of nice paths to follow. Remember extra fee for resort & self parking.

beautiful and elegant great food on site amenities exceptional although you have to pay a separate resort fee

Staff was remarkable! We chose the Phoenician knowing it was not necessarily a kid resort however the great reviews state there is an splash area for kids and water slide. Rather disappointing, there are no chairs or places to sit in that area to safely watch your children. In my opinion, especially during busy season this promotes unsupervised chaos and potentially very unsafe for little ones.

We stayed in the Canyon Suites and not the hotel proper. The staff were amazing, especially Kate and Jordan at the concierge desk. Beautiful and spacious room! Breakfast was included with delicious options and gracious service considering it was a buffet. Loved it!

Great location for resort. Casita location was poor, located next to the incoming street, parking deck and noisy.

Great hotel with amazing facilities and service. The pool area was our favorite we really enjoyed it! also the golf course is highly recommended.

we have stayed here before and it just wasn't the same.

The Hotel and Staff are great. The properties location is ideal for travel to casinos, mall and airport. The pool set up is beautiful and property is beautiful for a morning walk. The spa is a definite MUST DO.

Amazing time, the best hotel in the phi area and amazing food!!!!!!!!!

Very hospitable hotel. They always provided water and great service. The restaurant service was subpar but everything else was great.
