charming in every way,, from reception, grounds, service rooms, restaurant, just fabulous. I stayed in arizona for a week and the hermosa inn is far and above the other hotels and inns I stayed at. Dinner at Lons and it's service and sommelier was excellent. Finally for the pastry chef, your cookies are mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

If you want a peaceful place in the desert where there's a lovely garden and the rooms are comfortable and the restaurant is good this hotel is for you. You also are next to a long street that's a pleasure to stroll. You'll share the path with lots of friendly dogs and see all sorts of beautiful homes.

This boutique resort is a wonderful getaway. The staff is very friendly and anxious to please from the check-in to checkout. Lon’s restaurant is the original hacienda built by an artist from the east coast and the food and ambiance is excellent. Fireplaces in every casita add warmth in the cool February weather we had. Beds are soft and comfy. You can take bikes out on interesting rides.

We had the opportunity to enjoy the premises for the last few days. It has a country charm and a home feeling inviting you to stay as soon as you step in. Staff is very casual, all smile and everyone there look like they live there instead of work there. Their dress code is blue jeans, small plaid shirts, boots optional, at all times of day or night. The courtyard has small fireplaces here and there, congenial dining areas for groups of all sizes. It really feels like a private residence with a humble, cozy atmosphere. Casitas are well appointed, neat and cozy. Grounds are gorgeous and loaded with annual flowers that emanate multiple sweet scents anywhere you are. A nice food menu is available at anytime and we got to taste most of everything. It was perfect!

The Hermosa Inn is a beautiful boutique hotel. The room I was in had a fireplace with sitting area, walk in shower, and a clawfoot tub - a really great, relaxing room. On site the restaurant (Lon's) has great food and an impressive wine list. I enjoyed sitting out on the very large patio by one of the fire pits. I would definitely come back!

We have been staying here since Friday, our check is tomorrow (Monday). The grounds, rooms and views and this area have all been part of a wonderful visit to the Phoenix area. This sprawling acreage is peaceful and as relaxing an environment as we could have asked for.

What a special place! Everything was beautiful from our Deluxe Casita, the beautiful grounds, fantastic staff, Lon's Dining indoor and outdoor, we never wanted to leave! A real boutique hotel. I am so happy we decided to stay here instead of one of the big resorts.

We LOVED our recently remodeled deluxe casita. Huge room, BEAUTIFUL bathroom with large walk in shower, separate claw foot tub, double sinks, lots of counter space and natural light. We were at end of walkway and it was very private. Could self park car nearby, super convenient. The grounds were outrageously extravagant with riots of gorgeous flowers, lovely fountain, quiet pool. A serene setting. Service was wonderful. Service at Lon’s restaurant was not as good, but that’s a different review.

We enjoyed an excellent stay at the Hermosa Inn. It is a beautiful multi-building resort built around gardens of trees, shrubs, cacti and a profusion of beautiful flowers. We commended the garden staff on a job well done. It almost looked like we were staying on a nice movie set. We were provided with friendly, professional service from all the staff. It really makes a difference. It is peaceful and quiet resort with a nice pool area and a popular bar and patio — Lon’s Last Drop, and a more formal dining venue, Lon’s. Both have indoor and beautiful outdoor seating. While valet parking is available, a self-park option is also available for guests of both the hotel and restaurants with parking a few steps away. We are already planning a return visit. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Friendly staff; great restaurant on site; room was nice spacious and quiet but has weird lay out. - the patio is in the front facing a-walkway- no early morning private coffee in the sun. Free bikes and a path on the canal nearby. It is private but surrounded by a busy road and residences- by no means bad but definitely 3 star at a 5 star price-
