Visited for a dinner...booked the night. And wow what an amazing getaway. Quaint, tranquil, and flowers everywhere! Went on a bike ride around the neighborhood, a swim, and a great breakfast. Such a great place to rejuvenate!
This boutique hotel is extremely charming, very well run with excellent personalized service and features. Our room was very comfortable and we loved the walk out patio. the landscaping is beautiful and well manicured. The hotel is quiet and conducive to relaxation with all services at the ready. the location is in a residential neighborhood which avoids all commercialism of many hotels. we shall return.
Beautiful escape from city life. The grounds are beautiful and lush at this time of year. The rooms are large and charming with a rustic feel. The bedding is comfortable and the AC works great. Staff is friendly and helpful, the front office always smiling and open 24/7. There is a small fitness center, hot tubs, pool and a spa. A lovely boutique hotel.
The spring flowers were all in bloom, but this place would have been delightful even in winter or summer. Every staff member was helpful, and the food and the servers at Lon's bar were all terrific. This is a hidden gem.
6 Acres of lushly landscaped Sonoran Desert. 34 romantic Hacienda-style accommodations and Casitas. The bathrooms are huge. Lots of Arizona charm. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
Outstanding boutique hotel I always stay at in Phoenix when I have some downtime. Beautifully manicured and maintained grounds, attentive staff, outstanding restaurant, nicely appointed (and large) guest rooms. It's a real gem in the heart of Paradise Valley and it's very quiet! Great night's sleep!
The Hermosa Inn does everything right. The valet that greets you is nice and helpful. The staff at the front desk are happy and will do anything to make your stay the best it possibly can be. We arrived hours early just to drop off bags and we're informed our room was ready early. The pool is small but elegant. The reseraunt serves amazing food. The room is amazing, with a wonderful patio, and awesome bathroom. Pure Paradise in Paradise Valley. What separates Hermosa Inn are all
Nestled in a neighborhood of paradise valley this resort has eye popping landscaping throughout mixed with southwest decor. Lons restaurant is a must for any meal as it is set in a tranquil courtyard- although umbrellas need a good cleaning. Rooms are nice and offer most of the amenities you need except for shower caps. Turn down service was a nice touch with freshly baked cookies. Our air unit was noisy at night. If you are someone who frequents the facilities during the night then ask for a FLAT room. There was a step up from our bed area to restroom facilities and the flooring is hard tile. Although there was a step light it was very disturbing to person on that side of the bed so we turned off. My husband was terrified of landing on his face in the dark if he tripped on the step. The pool was small but lovely and clean with comfortable chairs and floating items to use. The fake grass was scalding on our feet in 90 degree temps. Make sure to wear some footwear. I’d prefer this resort for a stay in the area over the larger ones, especially during peak times of the year like spring break. Very relaxing.
We have dined at Lon’s at the Hermosa Inn a number of times over the past 20 years, but this was the first time we’ve stayed at the Inn. We truly enjoyed the four days at our garden cottage. Beautiful gardens, well appointed accommodations, and lovely staff. A nice change of pace from the large luxury resorts. Of course, Lon’s (and the all-day dining venue called The Last Drop) is exceptional.
charming in every way,, from reception, grounds, service rooms, restaurant, just fabulous. I stayed in arizona for a week and the hermosa inn is far and above the other hotels and inns I stayed at. Dinner at Lons and it's service and sommelier was excellent. Finally for the pastry chef, your cookies are mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
