Amazing service, beautiful location and comfortable room! Very happy to have stayed there. Highly recommend.

great location for me

Check in was supposed to have vip they said they were all sold out of room upgrades and I should of called if we wanted vip. The toilet was backed up before we even used it, the shower would not drain and they were vacuuming outside our room at 8:00am.

Poor service. Poor good quality. The biggest issue for us was we were specifically told all about the heated pool. It was freezing. We sat out by the pool and probably 15-20 other guests, as well. No one was swimming. No one. Everyone was complaining that they chose this hotel over the many other options. The staff was told many times. Nothing was done. Meanwhile, we drove by other resorts and the pools were full. That was the whole point of our vacation from the Midwest. It’s a place to sleep and shower.

Breakfast was to be included in the package I book. Restaurant was not open for breakfast. Need refund from Orbitz/Expedia per hotel. I’ve called a few times and get hung up on after being out on hold for long lengths. Hotel staff was awesome!! Highly recommend!! Pool was great.

Regrets staying here. Underwhelmed. Not worth the money.

I feel there needs to be a spa of some sort. On crappy days that many of us travelers experienced this month, a hot tub would be been nice. Definitely a massage, or facial mani pedis on a rainy day would've been a great way to pass the time

We enjoyed our stay! The view was absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed the things that were available for the customers to enjoy while at the McCormick! Wonderful staff too.
